Les Appartements du Vieux Port

The location is close to the old port.

There is no elevator for the apartment. However, the front desk guy helped us to carry our suitcases to the third floor apartment.

I prefer staying in this area, close to great restaurants, shopping and bars. Close to the river, so easy to get to left bank! Has laundry facilities on 1rst floor if you pack light and stay long..

We love our stay! Apartment itself was very clean. Our room has a terrace with sitting areas, and a good view to the street. Location is central, kitchen comes in handy, and staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here next time.

Parking is the downside - we could not find the parking garage by the instruction due to construction in that area (we found it after parked our car somewhere else). And parking is extra cost (For us, it was $20/day). No elevator in the apartment.

A bit late, but I really wanted to leave a review because Marc is a great host. He made our trip even more enjoyable with his helpful recommendations and warm welcome. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we neededAlso the location is great to get anywhere

Good location, clean, the apartment has everything you need, nice staff

We lived on the 4th floor without an elevator, but we knew that the building didn't have an elevator, we just didn't think it would be so hard to carry suitcases, that was basically the only downside

I was facing the street so I had some noise in middle of night but nothing they can do

I had a terrible experience with Les Appartements du Vieux Port. The management unilaterally cancelled my two-night reservation while keeping 100% of the amount I had paid, and claimed — wrongly — that I had asked to cancel both nights. In reality, I had simply requested to change the date of one night, not to cancel the entire stay.As soon as I received the cancellation notification (on the day of our arrival), I called them within minutes, but they refused any discussion and showed absolutely no willingness to help or even acknowledge their mistake.Because of this, I had to find last-minute accommodation in Marseille while I was literally on the train with my three young children, arriving that same evening. It caused a huge amount of stress and completely ruined the start of our trip.This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this property.

Location was great. Rooms are clean and spacious.

If you have mobility issues - there is no lift.

It was on a great location, Les Appartements du Vieux Port was an easy walk to the old port. Comfortable bed, cosy and warm, walk-in shower and towels warming on the heating rack. Tall ceilings, workable kitchen and the ability to get Netflix.

I loved everything about our stay at Les Appartements du Vieux Port! The front desk was very helpful and made our check-in a breeze. Our apartment was clean, safe, and very comfortable. The location was exceptional - near restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.

The location was within walking distance to the Vieux port and many restaurants. The apartment was quiet and spacious.

There is a narrow spiral staircase up to the apartments. We were made aware of this feature in advance. Ours was on the 3rd floor so we only arrived with small backpacks for our two days.

The apartment was beautiful.Lovely, private outside patio. The staff were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our short stay perfect. Wish we could stay longer.

It was easy to find accomodation, they have nice reception where you can leave luggage at their storage if you need to. The accomodation itself is very nice decorated, very clean and has a lot of additional things to use (for a price/not for free) while you are in the apartment ( nescaffee , vine, chips etc) - this came great to us, bc at the moment we arrived rain was pouring so going out for dinner was not an option. I would recomand this accomodation for stays in Marseille, it offers all you need for you stay in the city. It is in the center of the center, you have parking garage not far away (public garage - 18,5 eur daily ticket) , all restaurants, bars and souvenir shops are walking distance.

The shower was great! But all the facilities in general were cool.The best of all, the staff! Very gentle!

No complaints. Just to add something, It could have a bottle of fresh water in the refri (for free) when clients arrive.
