Appart'hôtel Marseille Centre Euromed

It was beautifully designed. I loved the spaciousness of the room. It had everything you could need, including plates and cutlery.

I didn't like that there was no housekeeping service. I asked for a Nespresso capsule and they refued to give it to me, telling me that the ones that were left for me was a "welcome gift". Very disappointing.

Rooms were new, clean and well decorated. We had an amazing view of the ships and harbor

Far from tourist destinations

It is very nice and modern looking. My husband didn¿t want to leave the comfortable lobby which had very unique and fun decorations. Even though we didn¿t need it for one night, it was nice to have a kitchen in the room and pretty much anything we needed.

Only a little warm in the rooms. Had to leave the balcony open slightly at night. Not sure how it would be in the summer.

The only redeeming feature about this hotel was the night staff who diid their best in appalling circumstances. The hotel was not ready for opening but wanted to profit from the world cup rugby guests. A bad advert for France and Marseille.

Having to make my own bed with the aid of the night receptionist. Going to find clean linen and then stripping the bed. Then I had to clean the toilet and call for clean towels. My room that I booked was taken by someone else

Great hotel well suited for business visits to companies in the port area such as CMA CGM

No problems or issues sighted. Maybe the only downside was that the breakfast area was not very big and can fill up / feel crammed during peak hours

getting the air conditioner to work was confusing...staff was ready to answer questions which was nice, but I kept getting locked out of my room/in the elevator due to complications with the key. and several lights were not working.

The food wasn’t cooked all the way, eggs and bacon wasn’t edible. Breakfast was really expensive. But the croissants were unbelievable.❣️

I booked this hotel because I wanted to use the spa after a long drive. However, the opening hours of the spa were not shown online. When I arrived, I found out it was already closed. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel.

The rooms look exactly like the pictures. They are equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, close to the tram stop and metro station. Great places to eat in walkable distance. Luggage storage is a BIG plus.

The hotel was really clean, given it is new. It was a good size. It had a gym (which though small, was better than nothing), as well as a sauna. And the entrance was well-designed

We liked everything other than the cost of the parking below the hotel, which was high - hotel guests don't get any form of discount.

Kind staff, clean facility, wonderful room. Great location.

We liked the interior design and proximity to city centre. After check out, they could keep our luggage for a few hours. When needed to borrow an iron and they were happy to provide.

The whole first floor smells like chlorine from the pool. They weren't happy when we asked for an extra towel.

Modern. Clean. Have eveything you need. Good value. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to the tram. Professional & courteous staff.

Our initial room had a faulty AC. - it didn’t work. We let the staff know early on. But it was not resolved until midnight. We had to move to a different room. It was an inconvenience that could have been resolved early on. Manager need to be more proactive.

Nice hotel, but located in between two motorways and 2 train lines

The hotel's design was modern and new, however, some aspects could have used some more functionality. Staff was nice and everything was generally clean. Kids enjoyed the pool, and the sauna and steam bath were great too. Breakfast was good but set up is very cramped. Full size mall only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Tram stop directly outside the hotel.

We stayed in an apartment for 4 people (one bed, one sofa bed) When the sofa bed was set up there was barely enough space for the table and chair that was also in the space. Whole room had only 1 tiny sink which is not enough for 4 people. Pool water was always very milky...
