Hotel Belle-Vue Vieux-Port

Location is fantastic, the personnel were great, the beth very comfortable

Bethroom was a little small and there are not plugs in the room

No lift from street level, but staff helped with luggage

the view we got upgraded twice and we had a beautiful bedroom view on the vieux port the breakfast was delish but don't arrive 2mn late you won't be able to have breakfast haha

the decoration of the bedrooms and bathroom lack of taste and the materials are a little cheap but who cares, the atmosphere in the bar makes it all worth it!

The views from the hotel are amazing. The staff are great, very helpful and caring. The bar is also a wonderful place to have a drink at the end of the day, with excellent cocktails.

Probably due to the rainstorms while we were there, there was really bad sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. The rooms were also fairly cold, with the bathroom heater not working, which didn't help when we returned soaked. Staff were again very helpful in trying to find solutions, they dried our wet coats overnight for us.

The hotel was well located, clean, and the employees were very nice. The view on the Vieux Port is amazing. This hotel is a very good value for money!

Property is in a great location and easy to find. It overlooks the harbor and town center.

The linens were very old and thin and a room for two had only 1 large bath towel. This is a small matter.

The lift doesn’t start at street level, but staff helped me with my luggage. I would stay again and reduce my bags.

It was nice, vosy, beautiful views and the bar/breakfast room a totally wonderful experience!The breakfast was really really generous and good! The atmosphere so cool.The beds were fantastic!

The in between cleaning service could have been a little bit better. A soaked bathroom mat doesn’t dry up folded and put back in to the shower…wine glasses rinsed in the bathroom sink. But over all it was a really nice stay.

Great location. We were upgraded to a corner room facing the harbour. Comfy bed and very clean.

Shame the stylish bedside lamps weren't charged (and didn't come with chargers). Minor detail but annoying.

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly.

The bedroom was a bit on the small side.

unbeatable location, the hotel makes the most of the lovely view over the old port. The bar-restaurant is relaxing and ssophisticated, overloooking the old port, with discreet, tasteful music.The rooms are also very tastefully decorated.

Bed was a bit soft for our taste.

No elevator from street level. At 4’11” I had to drag my bags up a flight…and leave them. The staff member brought them uo to reception desk where there is a lift.

The view from the room was incredible. And we really loved the gorgeous historical restaurant- a wonderful place to eat breakfast or have a meal at any time. The staff were great too.

The enormous bed! Sometimes a bed can be top big amd make it hard to cuddle your partner. Really the bed was fine too.

The staff were lovely, the on site bar was great, lively and open late with a gorgeous view over the old port. Room was clean and provided all amenities you’d expect. Easy check in and check out process. Location was fabulous, right on the port between the old city and the newer area, walkable to basically everything in the area. Staff were responsive about where to park etc (it was a last minute booking).

The room was super small and we couldn’t open a suitcase properly in it, and there’s no way into the building without carrying bags up a couple of flights of stairs. It’s an old building though so par for the course.

Perfectly located at the harbour and in walking distance to the major attractions. Very friendly staff and breakfast room with harbour view. Great place if you like quirky hotels.

The room was quite small and the air condition could only be regulated via the reception. The breakfast was simple, however typical French.
