- Dirty and had bed bugs! Probably will not get refund since they said I have to contact booking! But have bites all over 4 days later still itchy! Just be aware since I thought the place was just a bit off but bed bugs is a no go. Also under construction
- The pillows were in poor condition, the room did not have any towels when i came in, along with a broken hairdryer which did not work, there was no air conditioning or ventilation, additionally there was no fan to cool down during the summer which is when i visited
- It was not clean at all i had to go out and buy bed sheets and a pillow even bought bleach to clean the floor, walls were diiiiiirty , some of the rooms have bed bugs i saw a person walking out of a room with a mask on and a big bottle of bug spray and he put tape under the door so no bugs could get out , Never stay here dont trust anyyyy of the good reviews for your own sake . Pleeeease .

Good location n good price for dorms
Bathroom need more to clean n toilet paper
very crowded, noisy , dirty and disgusting
The only things to like about this place are the location and the price.
They don’t provide towels, toilet paper or hand soap. There are three showers in the same vicinity. The whole toilet, shower, sink area is tiny and the lights automatically turn off.
What I liked was Marseille City. I think the staff are good and tried to satisfy us as much as they could, but the hotel unfortunately is not good at all.I think the hotel's location is the only thing I liked, the proximity to the marina.
I didn't like the dishonesty. All the hotel photos on the booking site were fake and dishonest.. For example, I couldn't find the living room. The hotel was undergoing renovations and didn't have an elevator.. The rooms were not suitable for living. The bathroom was very small, and the towels were old and clearly used a lot. The bed sheets were not clean... and the worst thing was the presence of bed bugs to the point that we changed rooms 3 times in a row. Unfortunately, my stay was not good and the trip was not happy.
I've been staying there once already. Pretty comfortable hostel for short staying, with the pleasant price.Just it is not for a long stay, due to uncomfortable WC/shoer zone.Good location, really close to the center.
Stuff was so helpfull And location not far from the old port .
Need more care and having new paint and renew some ameneties
Just horrible
This hostel is nothing like the photos online. I was given a dirty, old underground room that smelled horrible, with broken showers and no doors – it was disgusting (see my photos). When I complained, the person at reception said, “I can’t do anything.” Only after I said I would report it did they offer me another room upstairs, which was slightly better but still not good. People need to know what they’re really getting – this place is not worth it.
The place is on top location very close to city centre but it’s a low budget place so it’s a full of drug users and people begging on the street. The single room I was occupying had shower and sink but didn’t have toilet (wasn’t mentioned during booking), so the room was smelling of pee because I bet people use the shower to pee. Staff were great and helpful.
The staff are realy friendly and helpful, always you find someone in the reception to help , the room is big clean and the bed is confortable
Excellent location, close to the metro and walking distance from Le Vieux-Port and St. Victor. The staff were so nice! They let my friend, who wasn't staying there, use the bathroom and a charger.
There was a glaring light in the girls dormatory that made sleeping a bit difficult. I'd recommend taking a sleep mask.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. It’s easy to get to and from anywhere in the city, which is the main reason I chose to stay here. The neighborhood also felt safe, which was a big plus.
The room I received was not as shown in the photos. I had booked a twin room for two people, but upon check-in, I was told only a king bed was available unless I waited. so I waited. Eventually, we were given a very small room that was dirty, with a view of a wall from the window. To get a larger room with a better view, I had to pay extra. Even then, they forgot to provide basic essentials like towels and blankets. The booking listing stated that slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes would be provided, but when I asked, they said they didn’t have them.If you're a backpacker or budget traveler, be aware and manage your expectations before booking.
Flexible check in. The room and toilet was clean. Value for money.
I stayed in their hostel but I had to leave at night because another guest was aggressive. They promised to reimburse me but they didn't. The worst place you can imagine...
Very poor
Rooms doesn't have doors and are not finished so it is cold inside , bathroom is dirty . It looks like a ghetto...close to the Marseille port which is the only advantage for this hostel .
Nothing to like
I booked 3 nights on this hostel, I left after the first one; unprofessional staff, VERY DIRTY rooms , the bad sheets were not changed , NO towels , the door to the TOILETS doesn’t lock, HOMELESS people will be your roommates and you can imagine. DO yourself a FAVOR and book somewhere else.
The average hotel / hostel. A nice compromise for 1-2 nights staying with the low price. The staff were really good and friendly. Comfortable location, not far from the center and Notre Dame.
There is a reconstruction in process. A little noise and dust around.
● The stay was decent● Was worth the value, ● Was comfortable. ● The staff were great. ● Had comfortable beds.● The hotel was in a good spot.
There were a lot of bed bugs on the beds, especially on the upper floor's beds.
