Good location

Not worth the price The pictures show the view from my room Tiny beds

Staff were very friendly, especially on check out when I wanted to leave my bags securely. The room was basic but this was expected. It was comfortable.

Room and bathroom very clean. Very close to the Vieux Port. Restaurants and snacks all around, at walking distance.

There was still some cleaning product on the floor. It was slippery. Also, still some cleaning products on the sink and toilet. Sticky.

Nothing. The only good thing was the location

The breakfast was terrible. The rooms were untidy and in all it felt very unhygienic

Arrived early on the overnight train from Paris. Went to hotel expecting only to drop my bags, but the lady on reception allowed me to check in at 7:45am at no extra cost. Breakfast, though simple, was quite tasty and varied. Location very convenient just a few minutes walk from Vieux Port and Panier district.

Room.was a slightly odd shape, a bit cramped and a bit dingy. A bit expensive for the size and comfort of the room.

The location is good. It's a 15min or less walk to the main port. The facilities in the room were clean and the room was well presented when I arrived. The staff that checked me in was okay, not that friendly. The staff upon checking out were cold and not very helpful. The lift is tiny and can only fit two people in it. The air conditioning system in the room is terrible, so if you like a hot stuffy room, then this will be perfect for you. Keeping the windows open at night was not an option due to loud traffic noise. Someone on my floor or close to it, kept banging doors around 11pm and then again heard it around 4pm. The breakfast is okay, very basic, but the bread was the best part. Don't think I'd stay here again and for £76 for the night that I spent. I really don't think it's worth the money. Would not recommend.

Great location for visiting Marseille and its attractions and port! Also possible to walk to the Velodrome in 45-50 minutes

Cleaner was nice and female receptionist, male was not friendly and NEVER at the desk

Value for money is def not the case here. Bed very uncomfortable.

The bath towel looks unclean and no toilet at the lobby after check out when we get back my luggage !

everything, the receptionist was really mean and kept talking with my boyfriend instead of me, even if i was the one that book the place.

Excellent location. Clean, spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Good for customer with disability. We were offered a different room if we wanted but were happy to be on ground floor.

No facilities for making a cup of tea/coffee. No view.

The wait staff was accommodating. The afternoon reception staff not so much. It is not when everything goes as planned that a character can be evaluated.

There was no room for conversation and resolve for a mistaken cancellation despite us staying on another second booking ?

Standard B&B hotel.I got the window facing the backyard. It was a quiet night there.

The view was obscured by buildings and some sort of unused road or track.

Location

Hate to write a bad review. The rooms were quite dirty. Rooms had cockroaches in them. Beard trimmings in the sink and bed sheet stained with blood. I had asked to move to a new room. That was better but had a cockroach in the bathroom as well.

I liked the central location and the amazing view through the windows (high floor), the Old Port is 10min by feet

I didn't liked that rooms are very cold and air heating doesn't work, also a couple of people from the staff behaved arrogantly
