Metro and tram are nearby. Walking distance to Terrasse du Port. Air condition at daytime. Fridge and water heater were helpful for cold&hot drinks.

Five nights: no cleaning at all, no fresh towels and toilet paper (you have to ask for and you get it - of course). Leaking shower, sticky humid air in the bathroom and in the room. Must be horrible in real summer when you can't open the window.

Staff were friendly. Comfy bed. Clean sheets. Fresh paint.

Not a 3 star hotel.It is a temp apt set up. Carpets were FILTHY, the rod in the closet was hanging by 1 hook so unable to use; shower doors were broken and water would seep onto the bathroom floor. Lights burnt out in bthrm.Stained towels.

It was clean.

Paid for a bacon and egg breakfast of $10 euros. I got eggs with warmed up sandwich meat, that's not bacon. I told the front desk and she just looked at me. Hotel is far as heck from the train station and metro.

The price was right even though you you had to pay for everything extra.

You had to pay for everything extra: parking, breakfast, wifi, etc. Also, it is in a terrible location in one of the most shady parts of town. I feared my car would be broken into each night.

In 40 years of staying at hotels, this was the worst one. The greed of this place is extreme even for a hotel.

No AC! Was promised complimentary breakfast to compensate but did not receive!

The hotel was booked because it listed air conditioning. When we arrived we were told that the air conditioning was not working and were given a fan. We had previously changed our reservation from another hotel to this one because of the air conditioning. The manager told us he would credit back the cost of 4 breakfasts to compensate. This was not done!!!

Can’t think of what I liked to be honest, it smells bad from the moment you enter the building

Staff are rude , they couldn’t even help me get back my sunglasses that I left in the room even after I told them that I had a flight in a few hours . Reception told me to wait until the housekeeping team was done cleaning for the day and that’s when they would know if my glasses were there or not ! It really doesn’t make sense

Overall very good value. Close to the metro, market, city. Clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The small kitchen was the reason we chose this hotel. The small dishwasher under the sink was a nice surprise. Even though the hotel was located outside the center the trainstation was close.

It smelled like sewage in the apartment. Also the ventilation system was extremely loud. Things that are normally included in a hotel service cost extra, such as cleaning the room, fresh towels. There wasn't even a hand towel.It looks "renovated" but only on the outside. The sealing was leaking, there was mold in the hallway and bathroom, the staircase reminded of a cellar or old parking garage..The breakfast has the bare minimum, something fresh like fruit or vegetables would have been nice.

Kitchen in room was well stocked with plates and other essentials. Rooms were a good size.

AC was a little old and not very powerful, location is alright but it is a bit of a walk to any public transport
