    • Relatively direct to go to the city centre...

    Cons -

    • After a long travelling I’ve made ,I thought I will have a nice rest but wasn’t the case. It was very noisy early morning people pulling long cables drilling on the walls on the corridors making noise talking loud. I couldn’t sleep. The next day was worse no water couldn’t take shower or wash very bad till the next morning. We had water back. It’s was a really bad experience I had at this hotel. never again I will need a compensation from Booking.com. for having a very bad stay at this hotel.
    • Ohhh... where to begin! Dirty and smelly rooms, crapy breakfast, disgusting carpets...
    • The manager had the gall to charge me 1300 euros to replace broken items or soliled clothing and sheets in the room. This is INHUMAN !!!! I was very ill at that hotel and he even called paramedics in three times who then took.me to hospital. I explsined to him that the messin my room was an accident he was also.pestering my brother a lot in England demanding mo ey. That is disgusting £!!!!!

We made a last-minute reservation and lucky to find a room for three people. The toilet or separate which was perfect as we were traveling with my nephew, and it never felt we had to wait for the bathroom.I spent a whole day at the pool, and it was really wonderful with all the chairs and umbrellas they provide it.The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.

A little out of the way. But it was the rugby world cup and glad we had somewhere to stay

Just that it had a pool and not very far from the city . The breakfast was also good.

The rooms were horrible , first the AC was not working and it never worked requested multiple times but still the staff did not help, then the roomKeys stopped working after second day and never worked again . They made us wait for almost an hour standing outside of our door figuring out how to make the key work , then they gave us a new room where the flush was not working and eventually the keys again stopped working

    The pool area mostly

Breakfast was too expensive with limited variety of food. The bar staff was a very rude girl, left me waiting for almost half an hour and shouted at me because I put the teaspoon in the sink instead of on the bar.The smell in the common areas is that of dog/cat pee, not pleasant at all.The voltage of the electricity is VERY low. The mobile phone did not charge during the night, ended up without devices the following day. I contacted the reception but they barely spoke English so they did not understand me.

The swimming pool was opened early

The room air conditioning was not working during the complete stay. we have raised complaints at the reception desk at 1 am and also 4 am as kids we were not able to sleep. At last we have to open the room windows to have some sleep.

It‘s kids friendly. The pool was amazing.

The personal was not very helpful in particular when asking for a taxi. Apparently they have their our taxi arrangement and they are more expensive. (70€ to St. Charles station when we paid 50€ for the same distance for 6 people). And 50€ for 3 km without any machine to show you how much you were spending. The taxis are also not punctual. They arrived 10’ late.

Restaurant staff were so clever and helpful. There was a free water fountain at the corridor.

Corridor carpets were so dirty and stinky.Kettle was not working.Elevator was so far.

Parking with cameras and closed fence over the night.

Very poor breakfast. Lots of dust on couch and bed. Nobody speaks english. Garden was like abandoned.

The location was great with good local amenities

electrical wires from a table lamp almost gave my daughter an electrical shock as an incident caused a spark and an electric trip out of our room.

Breakfast great. Lots of options, love their Crepps and pancakes! Fresh fruits. Great for familiy and kids. My children really enjoyed the play room and libary. Big Teddy Bear welcomes Kids at the entrance.

Facilities are a bit old, some rooms had problems with the air conditioning, which the staff tried to resolved.

I forgot my sunglasses in the room and could not return to pick them up. I called the receptionist (Manuel) who was so kind to send them by post to my home address free of charge.

the Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is nice the manager Anthony is very helpful and professional.

the standard isn't a 4 stars the room are old isn't good value for money. The hotel is very old 1970? and not the bedroom not refurnish? Because I reserved via booking .com I have the cheaper rooms 2 Rooms with no facility. The USB plug didn't work the fridge as well. I told the reception but nothing done.

Good and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Good and safe parking for the car. It is worth going here just to spend the night, otherwise the area is quite littery and uncomfortable. Big and loud streest etc. On the other hand, the place was easy to reach by car

The surrounding area and the slightly suspicious f1 hotel opposite.

Best position for my work travel. Grate parking very good lighted. The best breakfast! rich and abundant!Very good dinner. For sure one of the best chip hotel for having dinner!

Absolutely not clean... The plastic cover on the bed isn't confortable. The bath tub is unusable because the water drain could not be closed.
