Extremely close to the train station.

Exterior a little rundown looking, train station neighborhood about what you would expect.

It?s close location to the Marseilles Train Station.

Not really, just that it took a LOT of rigmarole just to extend for ONE NIGHT!!

Good location, helpful staff, warm and spacious room, clean and comfortable. Good focus on environment with a waste sorting program in place.

The shower with water flowing out all around the bathroom.

The staff were very kind and the room was spotlessly clean. The location is amazing if you have early morning trains.

The hotel is due for a renovation and the key cards did not work. Every time a staff member had ro accompany us to operate the lifts and open the room door.

The hotel is located directly opposite the train station which was ideal for us arriving late and departing early.

The area around the hotel didn’t particularly feel safe at night.

The location was fantastic for access to the train, the airport shuttle AND the city centre. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond.

Bed comfy. Room clean. Good for a 1-2 night stay but that’s all. Nothing very special.Location great. You pay for location to be beside the train station for an early train. Worked out perfectly for us. 1min walk to train station.

Outdated. If you like sleeping with the window open, don’t stay here. The street is super loud. We knew ahead of time so we just wore earplugs. Went in and asked the price, booking.com was cheaper so I asked if they could match it and she said no just book on booking.com…so we had to sit there and book it on here and then wait for their system to be updated.

Big bed, cleanliness, staff were kind Location great for travelling.

The lift and room key system was not working.No eggs for breakfast.The big issue is that many of your staff are unhappy with the change of ownership to Novotel and are losing benefits and/ or jobs.They were demonstrating at the entrance and we support their cause.We will be avoiding Novotel hotels in the near future, as we are shocked by the treatment of your staff.

Staff were friendly, the hotel was tidy. Good location.

Location directly across the road from the railway and bus station. Reception open 24hrs per day. My train was late and I checked in at 23.30. Pleasant polite staff. Clean well-appointed room. Reasonable price.

The window in the room was not properly mantained. It is a good window and should keep noice outside. But it was not closing properly, so it wa s bit noisy.

Great location. Nice staff. Clean room. Great breakfast.

The hotel is located directly across from Saint Charles train station making it a convenient location. All staff were friendly & welcoming. Allocated a large corner room with stunning views across the city. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast was OK for the price. Permitted to store our luggage until room was available and also next day until we departed for the airport.

Strict adherence to 3:00pm check-in time even though the hotel was not very busy.

Very convient hotel stay just opposite of Gare St. Charles. 5 Min Walk across the street.

Lobby was functional and clean. Receptionist was not very friendly. And did not send the invoice via email as agreed. Had to follow up twice to receive it. A lot of work for an 12 hrs. stay.
