Many items were missing in the kitchen Breakfast "buffet" for 18 Euros? Too expensive and small buffet. avoid it

Great hotel. New , with nice rooms. The hotel itself was good value for your money. Well stocked. Minutes walk from the train station. Short walk to tourist centre and main port.

The hotel is located in a very sketchy, run down neighbourhood. Didn't always feel safe as a solo traveller. I wouldn't recommend walking there at night. Breakfast was a bit basic for the price, however it is optional.

In a relatively poor neighborhood with lots of construction

I loved how friendly the staff was.

I wish the air conditioning could get colder. I did not sleep my best because of it.

Fairly basic but adequate aparthotel, but staff was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly.

A bit more noise than I would prefer came from the upstairs unit. O

Hotel was easily walkable to port area, and very close and walkable to central train station. Hotel was basic, clean, fit the bill. Was good value for the price, nice staff.

I booked this hotel because we were in transite from Carcassonne France to Milan Italy and needed a stop over. The htel is near the train sation. The location had some fast food places and grocery stores but no resturants within easy walking distance for us. We bought a pizza and went to the room. Breakfast the next day was good.

This is a resident hotel. We were only there for one night. The staff was efficient but did not provide much information about area resturants. You are pretty much on your own as far as information about the area goes.

Easy walk from the train station. Helpful staff. Clean room.

Decent location

It was not clean, stains all over the curtains and sink. People screaming in the streets at night and the windows were not canceling the noise. While keeping the windows shut there was no air to breathe as the air conditioning was turned off, and you could not keep the windows open because of the noise.

Very helpful front desk staff. They spoke English well, helped us store our luggage (we arrived in the morning) and gave us good directions. The hotel is close to the train station and an easy walk to the harbour.

the reception was welcoming, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely at the end of the day..

couldn't fault it at all, would come again.

The toom was cute, also the wc and the little kitchen which was well equipped.

The view in the terrasse wasn’t the best and there was lot of loudness outside. Also there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen washbasin but there was to close the sink to stop a little bit the smell.

ZHR turned out to be a pleasant surprise!1. Great value for a studio apartment 2. Good location for the old town - La Panier is 10 mins walk3. Friendly staff and easy check in.4. Very close to train station 5. Sufficient to self cater if doing so simply (small hob, microwave and dishwasher).6. Clean and functional Would definitely book again.

1. Immediate area has few food options and felt a tiny bit ‘edgy’ at night,2. A no frills option which may not suit everyone but was more than adequate for us!

Location close to the train station; very comfortable beds.

Breakfast was mediocre. Checkin starting sf 3 pm was very late.

Clean apartment near to the train station. Good value and efficient reception staff.

Noisy street in early morning. Curtains badly fitting let light into bedroom.

I liked the interior design of the room , having kitchen well equipped and the balcony, altogether was very comfortable .

Waching machine was not clean ,think they haven't seen cleaness inside

Good location. Clean. We had a small kitchen, a big bathroom and a big bed. Staff was very friendly and we got an upgrade.

Unfortunately, the room 301 was not worth the money. It was very cramped, the bed linen and towels smelled of oil and not fresh. On the second day, we asked to have the bedding changed, but they said, “We don’t do that unless you pay an extra €10.” No one has ever said anything like that to us before. The room has to be cleaned only once every three days, which is too infrequent. The bedsheet had a hole, the walls were all scratched, the baseboards and curtains were dirty. The sink in the bathroom was covered in orange stains. It was neither well-kept nor clean, and I would never stay there again.

Comfortable rooms with balcony. Great location very close to the train station convinient for transport links and within walking distance to it and also to downtown. Although its in Belsunce shady area it was fine walking through during daylight but also late at night especially if you are 2 + people.

The balcony itself and the table and chairs were dirty nobody cleans them obviously.
