The staff was very friendly. They made suggestions on where to walk for a great experience. The location is near the Old Port, offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean Ocean. Museums, restaurants, and historic places are everywhere.

The hotel only gave me one water per room for your whole visit. It was me and my wife to share one water for the entire stay! They should give at least a water for each visitor at a minimum!

The room had cold tile floors and no slippers were provided which made it quite uncomfortable, especially in the cold weather. They advertise a kitchen, but guests are not even allowed to use it which doesn’t make sense. The trash bin looked more like something for a restaurant kitchen than a hotel room. The reception staff were not friendly at all, and the curtain had holes that let in light, which was really annoying. Overall, the stay was not comfortable at all. I’ve been to smaller hotels that felt much cozier this one wasn’t, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Everything!! The room was amazing and so big! The kitchen had everything it needed. Really loved the fact that we had a fridge and a freezer. The bathroom was great as well! Nice that you had the opportunity to take a shower AND a bath whenever you wanted to. The breakfast was so delicious and there were so many options. And the hotel entrance smelled incredible! The location was also great! We were close to a store, a pharmacy and le Vieux Port!

Don’t stay here if you expect a proper A/C. They limited how much you could decrease the temperature. I asked and they told me there wasn’t much they could do

They had a laundry facility for guests to use, which was wonderful on an 8 day trip. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. A great value for the price!

Broken SHOWER, room NOT cleaned. Staff unattentive and borderline rude. Never again. Unrecommendable

Shower head has been broken upon arrival, having to kneel down/squat in the shower and hold it with one arm, in order to be able to have some short of shower (low water pressure). Issue has been reported. It has not been fixed. At the same time, our friend staying in the separate room had the same issue. His shower head got fixed over the weekend WITHOUT even bringing it up. 3 nights stay without a single time cleaning the room. I placed a "Do not disturb" sign in the morning upon late night arrival the night before, since cleaning was not necessary. I took it off a few hours later. To our surprise, the room has not been cleaned the next day. We reported the issue, nothing happened. In subsequent emails about the mater, we have been told we left the DnD sign on for days, which is not true. For a four star business hotel in the center of town with prices above 100 EUR per night, I would expect at least a clean room with a working shower and a reception staff that takes their job seriously. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Very nice hotel, at a convenient location in the center of Marseille. Metro station at 300m, 15-20 min walk to the Vieux Port. Many sights at walking distance. Nice neighborhood, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.Absolutely clean room, quiet, comfortable beds, spacious closet, table and armchairs, desk. Very good bathroom. Fully equipped kitchenette. Excellent breakfast, high quality and variety, nice breakfast-room.Polite staffWe definitely recommend it.

Despite the nice facilities and the offered services, I find the price expensive.It is preposterous for the hotel to ask for a 200euros (!!) deposit for possible damages.The ventilation in the bathroom seemed not to function properly so smell from kitchens of neighbor apartments was apparent at times. We informed the reception but they said that there was no problem with the ventilation (?!)No view - our room, 715, was overlooking an inner yard.

I woke up with a cockroach waking in my arm. After that situation is a bit hard to like something. But it wasn’t the only reason for me to hate it.

I've stayed in all kinds of hotels—from luxury to very simple ones—and I've never had such a terrible experience like that one. There were COCKROACHES in the room, in the bathroom, and even on the bed crawling on our arms. After that they gave us an upgrade, but in the new one, the bathroom had a horrible smell (also not well cleaned), a lamp was broken, and I'm still trying to resolve an issue with my 200 euro deposit refund. On top of that, the receptionist was sarcastic and unhelpful. There were also several other small issues that made the stay even worse.

Wish they provide free bottle water each day. Bottle water is very cheap but such service is heartwarming.

The aparthotel was in a prime location, with a supermarket, mini mart, restaurants and takeaways just a few minutes (or less) walk away. You can see the cathedral from outside the aparthotel, and this is also just a few minutes walk away. I really liked that the tram and bus stops were very close by, making it very easy to get around. The room itself was spacious, the kitchenette was a little small but perfectly formed and we were able to make a light breakfast in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have found in all my travels. The room was very clean, the cleaning team did an amazing job. A very good choice for our 4 night stay. We would definitely be staying there again.

The only thing that could improve the room was the TV, as sadly it wasn't a smart TV, so we weren't able to sign into Netflix or Amazon Prime in the evening to watch a film before going to sleep.

Good value, only worked out 70 eur per night. Studio room was very spacious unlike many French hotels I have stayed before. Location was close to the old port , though there were a few dodgy places in the proximity.

There were a few snags like not working shower head, leaking sink , some other minor things. Was struggling to find a nice cup of coffee in the morning around the hotel. At the hotel itself you can’t get a coffee unless you pay for the full breakfast :( the staff wasn’t overly helpful as well though generally nice, mainly ladies at the reception

Location central and easy walking to many attractions. Very clean and staff very polite.

Very very small room, need to shuffle past end of bed.Very soft bed. No airconditioning as it wasn’t ‘summer’ so not even on in the whole building which made the room very warm as there was little breeze and seasonally was weather. Given noisy portable system.

It was a very nice hotel. Everything was good...except the view...I was looking out over a courtyard to another building...but not really a big deal for a short stay ! The hotel staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful...no complaints at all.
