Great location. Room had all the amenities. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great location on the old harbor. The rooms were fairly large with modern furniture. The bath was large. The Wi-Fi network was free and worked really well in the room. The rooms were quiet, with no street noise and no noise from the hall. Parking nearby.

No USB ports in the room or the bath for recharging mobile devices. There were a limited number of electrical outlets and they were (naturally) the French two-prong type. The tub was difficult to step in and out of. The tub was also slippery when wet.

Location.

Internet slow and pool was a bit small.

The room was beautiful and the view was phenomonal.

Breakfast was pricey.

Hotel did not stand up to it's policies regarding discounts for membership program. I lost almost 400euro because of their not standing behind their program and was not customer friendly. will never stay in this hotel or any Radisson Hotel again.

The location is superb, just in front of the old port. The staff was nice and very helpful. I needed a bathrobe at 3am in the morning (it was New Year’s eve) and the man at the reception immediately went to our room to give me one. I was amazed by their fast action given that it was very late at night.

Location, cleanness and just near a parking lot

Not like Radisson is exceptional service. Even slippers were not in the room and we asked for it. And bed was shaking probably because of it is not properly installed.

Value for the money to have larger room, comfortable bed, soft sheets and being in the heart of old port with great walking distance access to the Marseille tourist attractions

We use two roomsThe property is old, the bathroom on the handicap room was dirty and with bad smell.(we didn't ask for handicap)The other one was clean.The fire alarm was activated at 4 am, because last night heavy rain, when I asked, they said it was a false alarm, so the equipment malfunction.They didn't even take a minute to apologize, or have a king gesture.I sent an e mail asking for refund by the answer was "there is no reason"You pay for a good hotel to have a good night, if the equipment malfunction they should be responsible for it.

Long trek to the pool

I find the price very high for what is it - rooms are decent but not very luxury, the bathroom is very very old and the amenities not really worth it. The pool is very small, full with guests and day pass, the breakfast was disappointing and the menu at the pool bar is just not decent.

Very poor customer service - broken air conditioning

We spent a lot of time finding the right hotel with a young baby, with air conditioning being essential during a heatwave. When we arrived at the room, the air conditioning was broken. An engineer was called to the room who spent nearly 1.5hrs trying to fix it without success. We had to then repeatedly ask reception if they could give us another room - they explained that we could move to another room but that they were then fully booked the next day and we would have to move back into the original room. We eventually swapped rooms (by which point our baby was extremely overtired), then checked out the next day to a much better hotel. There was no offer of compensation, no recognition of the great inconvenience to us with a young baby. We lost nearly a whole day of our trip in trying to sort the room and then moving hotels. Very poor customer service.
