Residhotel Vieux Port

Location is perfect near harbour, Metro 7 buses. Customer Service was 10/10!

Kitchen area needs updating.

It is poorly sound proof and the noise from the assholes honking their horns outside at midnight was annoying

Location is excellent, the cleanness is excellent, the room size is fine also.

The shower (in tub) is small.the holder of shower head could be improved.

Nothing at all

The location is perfect - right near the main port with lots of cafes and resturants, and a metro station 1 minutes walk away. It's tucked away a street back from the main promenade so it wasn't too noisey either. Really great location. The room I booked had a outside seating area, which was nice in the mornings and evenings, and the apartment was spacious and had a fridge and kitchen area. The shower faciities in the bathroom were really nice. The staff were really helpful and super friendly - 10/10. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. I'd stay there again.

There are some minor things that weren't so great, but overall I had a pleasant stay:1.The bedroom aircon didn't work properly - it turned on for 2 minutes and then turned itself off. There wasn't a timer on the unit, so I'm not sure why it didn't stay on, but it was a little frustrating not to have working aircon and having to go over and restart it every two minutes if we wanted to use it. 2.The bedroom's power sockets only worked on one side of the room and the main lights in the bedroom didn't work at all - only the bedside lamps worked. It wasn't a big deal, as the bedside lamps were fine.3.The toilet seat was broken, the hinge at the back wasn't fixed so the lid and toilet seat kept falling off.Minor things really, overall I liked the apartment and the hotel as a whole.

Location was good although we did not feel safe walking in the general area.

Location is perfect

We understand it is under renovation but tiles and skirting and window in bathroom full of dust. We brought attention three times, never dust was cleaned!!

The location is great

The size of the room. We stayed a few time at the hotel and rooms were more comfortable and larger

everyone is helpful and easy to find everything (food, place to hang out, branded shop)

the situation

the place is globally dirty. The corridors were dirty in permanence..... The breakfast, no dishes, you have to ask for them , no hair dryer in rooms, today one of most essential things in hotels.. Rooms ready at 15h but it is more like 15.30... In the rooms you can not close the stores, you have only curtains, so it is really noisy.

I liked everything about the property

Very frustrating to arrive for our one night stay to not be able to drop off luggage as reception closes midday. We also waited to check in and out as no staff were at front desk even during open hours

Location right on the harbour.

Room was tatty and the facilities not great. Curtains didn’t fit the windows, bed small and uncomfortable, bathroom old and dated. No iron etc that you’d expect from an ‘apartment’. Basic but fine for the location alone.

Very cozy hotel, exactly in the old port area, restaurants and all amenities close by. We especially appreciated the staff, ready to help eith anything and the coffee machine, quite useful for mornings.
