Location very close to train station with very close access to what the city has to offer

Also location as it¿s extremely noisy out on the main st at all hours of the night and the room was quite small so it gets stuffy and might require the windows open which lets all the noise in

This hotel was close to a ton of restaurants and landmarks.

The room was very small and the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We had to open the windows every time we went into the hotel room to remove the smell.

Location & staff

Room was falsely advertised. The images we saw were not what we received. The room we reserved was not available.

Close to train station, very affordable.

Its quite loud outside with people and trains

Great place for a few days. Cleaned daily. Helpfull stuff. Good location in the center of city. Value for money.

Rooms are small, so i wouldn't recommend for long term stay. Not very good public connection to the airport.

Location is good. Reception staff is nice. Room os clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

Stuff expect the reception is not nice and smily. Breakfast is quite limited.

Clean room and comfortable bed, hotel is situated in great location, we walked everywhere and did not need to use public transport for any of the sightseeing. Would be back

The location was great! It was 2mins walk away from tram stop and metro station and was close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. It was also very close to Place Carnot where the christmas market was.

Room was poorly lit and very dark even with all lights on. We had to resort to taking off one of the light covers. There was no fridge or water in the room.

The room was nice and spacious. It even had a balcony with a nice view :) Only a few minutes walking from the Perrache train station, which was perfect!

The bathroom needed some fixing (the temporary shower curtain only pretended to keep the water in the shower).

Great location next to one of Lyon's transport hubs & close to Vieux Ville. Staff very helpful and good food & drink available.

The hotel is very well situated, with easy links to other parts of the city by tram and metro. It was also very easy to walk north through interesting streets to Presqu'ile, Les Cordeliers, and across the Saone to the Old Town. Place Bellecour is only 15 minutes walk away. There were some excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity, especially Chez Micheline, 100 metres away in Place Carnot.The room was generally well equipped with a large and very comfortable bed. It was good to have a balcony with views across to Fourviere. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The television in the room was dangerously positioned and, having hit my head a couple of times, I learned to duck down to reach the window/balcony side of the bed. The room is a little narrow for the size of the bed, so the television really needs to be inset into the wall or positioned somewhere else. Breakfast was generally fine, but the coffee machines produced only average drinks.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We did try to use our limited knowledge of French, however several members of staff were fluent in English and able to assist. The room was a great size and the location was perfect, with a lovely little square outside of the window. The transport links were splendid, however we spent the majority of the time walking as the main square was a short walk away.

The rooms were mostly spotless, however the floor was definitely not as clean as it seemed - my white socks were often very dirty by the end of the evening. Apart from this, no complaints!
