The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel, while seemingly dated was in very good shape as were the rooms. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk around the city at night and never felt anything but comfortable.

Nothing. We asked for a quiet room and ended up next to the elevator. The good news was there was a foyer before the living room with a door so it blocked out all the noise.

Amazing location, middle of everything from old town to palaces and bars/food and shopping

We got sofa beds and they were just ok, would have liked better comforters

Location is a 10 . Right in the center of The Presquile area . Had a good small kitchen. Clean comfortable rooms. Good free coffee machine in lobby.

Receptionists were friendly but didn’t seem that knowledgeable . Maybe it was the language barrier.

Hotel Administrators considered all our requests, they went extra mile to make us feel homelike. And particular gratitude to Sneha!Our room window was looking at Notre Dame de Fourviere and had all necessary furnishings to make meals for a family. Staff provided extra worm blankets for children and children enjoyed free chocolate in the lobby, the youngest even said it was the best part of the trip. Good apart Hotel with great staff in the very heart of Lyon. Hope to come back some time.

Staff at reception desk were super! So helpful to us on several topics--using the laundry facility, getting a taxi, etc. I do not remember her name, (the young lady originally from the Phillipines), was especially helpful to us! Many thanks!!

Staff were great! Everyone we encountered at the front desk was always pleasant. They wrote out directions, always felt like they were listening to everyone’s request. Like the apartment style living. Liked that coffee was available and water to refill your bottles.

We had a great night stay at the hotel. Very central location , close to the metro and all the sites.Good facilities, comfy room

Small things only. Elevators, were a bit slow.You could also hear noises from other apartments in the toilet . The shower and the toilet were different rooms.

Great location with very helpful staff. Plenty of eating options available around the area and close enough to the metro. Also a laundry available was great.

Some updating of the apartment we stayed in would be good especially the bathroom.

Location location location. Perfect. Streets of Restaurants and bars outside the door. Easy to walk to all the old town sites. Galleries and museums. Good shopping. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room is a good size with kitchenette. We had not AC who’s was not a problem as it was cool in the evenings. All day coffee and hot drinks from a machine available. Breakfast was available in the foyer for a charge. We opted for eating out. But also supermarkets to buy food if you wish. And use the kitchenette in the room. Also laundry available for a small fee.

There were so many restaurants and shops nearby, all walking distance. It was nice to just walk around and explore the area. Our room was like a 1 BR apartment with a living room and kitchenette - very spacious by European standards.

It's a really great location with a really simple and clean design. Everything is expensive in Lyon, but I would loved a little more special touch.

Non-airconditioned room, which was fine because weather was cool and with the windows open it was delightful. But I would need air conditioning in a heat wave.The hall carpeting needs to be replaced.

The location was perfect. So close to everything - sites, cafes and shopping. The staff was friendly and very helpful when we asked them questions in English. The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen as there were so many places to eat. They provided coffee all day and nice cold water from the dispenser
