It was OK but I doubt I'll come back. Good plan for people planning to stay for a while, with a well-equipped kitchen but very impersonal. I would rather stay at an AirBnB or VRBO

The location is excellent - near the train station, two supermarkets and one big shopping mall

The pool was very dirty, so I ended up not using it. The fitness center area was depressing (small, in the basement, and hot) so I did not use it either.

There were like-able things. However, both rooms this hotel had to offer were moldy (moisi) intensively! A health hazard to stay here. Just stay at Ibid, it's cheaper and cleaner.

It was clean and comfortable ..we loved the pool and gym

The airconditoner didn’t work and the location was rubbish near the train station which was awes9me but 40 minutes from the hub of town,

- Location is very convenient- The rooms are quite spacious- We were not satisfied with our first room. A member of the staff was able to find a new room for us.

- Multiple rooms have a lot of noise coming from water pumps, which makes sleeping really hard without ear plugs.- The rooms and the hotel is dirty and poorly maintained

I really liked the location of the room, and the staff was extremely friendly and provided a great service!

When I got there, the room that was assigned to me was a bit of a mess, but the receptionist promptly took care of it and upgraded us to an even better room!

A very good location, just 10 minutes walk from central station or 1 minute walk from C13 bus station, with a little park across the street. There are several restaurants nearby. Staffs are really friendly and kind. Bed is comfortable and room is clean.

Soundproof is not well. Can hear the sound of elevator and people’s voice in front of elevator.

I liked the location and the size of the room.

Although they advertised there was central A/C. In reality, there was no A/C, we could not adjust it more than 1C past a set temperature which was set uncomfortably high at 26 or 27C.

Useful for an overnight stopover if travelling by train, short walk from station. It was very very hot ( air conditioning was controlled centrally ) but they provided a fan.

Quite a long walk to river and old town Not much choice of restaurants in the immediate area. We didn't stop for breakfast so can't comment on that. Small room for the price we paid

Central place to stay next to Lyon Part Dieu. A comfortable place to stay for a couple of days.

The room needed some repairs. The was hole in the wall in the washroom and some of the light fixtures switches were broken.

Room was a really nice size with separate toilet and shower rooms. Lovely balcony too

Location was a bit sketchy but I just got ubers to the old town to look around. I wanted to be next to the station which was perfect though as only a 5minute walk.

The hotel is located near the train station, which is nice. Unfortunately, the whole area is undergoing major reconstruction, so it's not very nice there. You have to use the metro to get to the center.The hotel has large, spacious rooms, standardly furnished, and they also have an equipped kitchenette. What surprised us - in our room the shower was connected to the kitchen. So no door, just a transparent door to the shower. That's definitely not pleasant, there's no privacy.However, what was very pleasing was the rich and good breakfast, I highly recommend it.Overall, the rooms are not very clean, there is no daily cleaning.

Expensive buffet breakfast the only option on site - EUR 18. However, you have a train station across the street.?

Decent sized room with kitchenette facilities. Very clean and well maintained. Short walk from the main train station. Pool was larger than expected; clean and good temperature. Man at reception desk was very pleasant when we checked in.

A Nespresso or Keurig-type coffee maker with pods provided, rather than a regular drip coffee maker (that required buying ground coffee and filters) would be more convenient for short-stay guests. Bathroom facilities were a bit awkward: had to walk back and forth through the bedroom area from the toilet in one room and the sink / shower in another.

The room had everything that anybody would need - the bed was confortable and everything worked. The hidden kitchen was a delight even if I did not use it, it was a great to have the possibility to just feel like I had many options at my disposal.
