Room was comfortable enough. Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good.

Walls a bit thin so I could hear people outside in the halls.

The hotel location was in a really rough neighbourhood. The hotel looked very dated and had no facilities. The hotel had no lift!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was within comfortable walking distance of the city centre. The continental breakfast was good value for the price. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

The room was tiny. There was just enough room either side of the double bed to stand. A place for one suitcase was provided, the other had to be placed under the basin in the bathroom. The first signs of mould in the shower recess were beginning to show. There was no lift to upper floors.

Lovely stylish hotel, though lacks a lift which may be a problem for some visitors. Location suited us, being near a tram and rail stations. The Rhone is just a short walk away, with plenty of riverside cafes and bars to choose from.

Well laid out behind a rather small, dark door. Easy access despite a late-night arrival and close to the metro in so doing. Then a yummy breakfast, all locally sourced, included truly fresh fruit salad, yogurt and the best chia cake. There are seldom treats like that in hotel chains!

Although it was a small and stuffy space, it was kept relatively clean and the staff were very friendly.

Although it was close to downtown Lyon, it felt like a slum. Fortunately, nothing happened, but the atmosphere was such that it was difficult to walk around.

The location is convenient due to its proximity to the metro station and tramway, but the surrounding area can feel a bit intimidating, especially at night.

The internet did not work at all, so the Netflix on the tv was useless. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Room decor very boring gives poor first impression - but all the facilities are good, just a bit boring. I wanted to get going with a tin of paint or some wallpaper!

The check-in was easy and quick. The room was lovely and comfortable. What I loved most was the breakfast: a variety of sweets, marmalades, and breads. There is the possibility of making fresh orange juice by yourself.

The location is convenient because very close to the metro station and not far from the centre, but it is a bit chaotic road. Still, it is a good location but do not expect a lovely narrow ancient street.

Staff very kind. Strategic location, cleaned hotel with a comfortable bathroom.

It was possible to hear the noise (even steps) through the wall between rooms.The blackout curtain wasn't so dark to avoid the sunlight from early morning

The rooms were nice and the bathroom fine. It is easy to travel to the hotel with the public transports. Breakfast was good.

You just need to get past the exit of the metro or tram and the street is quieter.
