Appart'City Classic Lyon Part-Dieu

Did not like anything. Ended up not staying at this hotel. Tried to cancel the reservation but could not. Worst hotel and need to be taken off list

Not clean and not good for staying

Low price and good location

Rooms feel old and somewhat dirty. Some walls are not well painted, curtains are shredded, etc

Room was comfortable

Location not great - long walk to metro. No restaurants , shops or bars close. Window looked down into lobby. No views & was located in middle of Office buildings

Front desk employee was nice but couldn't help us.Hotel was filthy,carpet stained every where & smelled really bad.

Drapes falling off windows. Toilet seat falling off toilet.

Nothing regarding hotel. Food was good at restaurant, as were staff.

Carpet was disgusting, paint was coming off woodwork and walls. Counter in kitchen areas and cabinets were seriously deteriorated. Drapes were stained.

Everything¿. filthy rooms. Filthy carpets. Very disappointed.

Restaurant only open early or late. Overall, I believe the room was average for the rate of pay. It was a good location to shopping, and amenities. Great full for the kitchenette. A good place to recoup from long flight and time change.

Restaurant hours and the shower. Putting up an in inexpensive shower curtain would solve the problem of difficulties keeping water in the shower/tub area.

Not well maintained, AC don't work, TV not working and it was dark.

This hotel is not even a one star. Everything in the room was falling apart esp the bathroom and bed. Misleading to call this hotel a 4 stars, not even close!

Everything! The worse hotel I have ever put my family up. It was so bad that we didn't stay and requested a refunded. Hotel charged our card even though we authorized it.

Nothing. The entire hotel (from the elevator, to the hallway and room) were extremely filthy. I literally walked into the room, walked back down to the front desk and returned the keys. I paid for another hotel.

Very Unclean Bathroom with moldy shower

The staff was super helpful, the location extremely convenient, and the room was perfect!

Good apartment and good location but it’s confusing because on google maps there are another Apart’city.

Water dispenser at the lobby

the bathroom looked abit dated. the corridors' ceilings were exposed so you could see pipes and everything. Didn't realise that the city was making many road works, so quite a number of roads around the property had transport diverted or stops moved. It would have been nice for the property to update this on their listing so guests can make a better decision in choosing.

Clean and staff are great, near to the Gare de Lyon part-dieu. Accessibility for tourist like us.

Good location, clean

The room had two single beds instead of a double bed, which constantly moved apart during sleep. The noise of the sewerage system was very audible in the room, as people were draining water or washing in the showers of neighbouring rooms. The kettle was located under the smoke detector - every time I boiled water, the detector was triggered by surprise - it was very shocking

Lots of space in the rooms, fantastic staff and met all needs.

Maybe the rooms could do with some painting, but not a problem.

Staff nice and friendly

Very old and dirty. Dusty and moldy. A lot of things broken. -2 degrees outside and the heater in the room and bathroom all not working. Kids freezing. We had to wear sweaters and socks in room all the time and yet still cold.

The receptionist, Alexandre was kind, helpful and skillful. This was my first time staying at Appart'City Classic but got a impressive feeling. Therefore I selected again Appart'City Classic Geneve - Gaillard for my staying for 5 nights on November 29, 2024.
