not enought space for 2 persons carry on luggage, breakfast- food was running out but not replenished even if the 10 AM is still far out.

Location was good.

I booked a two-bed room and the hotel initially said that no room with two beds was available. After pressing, they "found" a room with two beds. The room has a weird bathroom, where the WC was in the shower, so that it gets totally soaked when you shower.Overall, it was not a terrible option for a late night reservation... But far from being memorable.

Close to the train station while being quiet. Within walking distance of all the old town sites. Choice of restaurants nearby.

The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. It was also in a great location, very close to the metro.

The location is convenient, about 8–10 minutes’ walk from the railway station. Parking at the station was free from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m., which suited us for a one-night stay. The staff were polite and friendly, and overall the check-in process was smooth

Street parking, as mentioned by the hotel, was not available since the area was taped off (apparently for filming or an upcoming event). The curtains in the room were dirty. The shower cabin had a serious issue: the bottom seal of the door was not fixed properly, so every shower caused water to pour into the bathroom. The floor became completely flooded, which made using the toilet later very unpleasant. Since we arrived late and only stayed one night, we didn’t report it, but for a longer stay this would be unacceptable.Overall, despite the friendly staff and decent location, the stay did not feel like good value for money.

Breakfast was good value with cereals, hot food etc. Food constantly checked and changed when needed.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. It was also clean.

Small rooms, a bit noisy from the outside and a bit pricey.

Location and A/C were very good. Breakfast was quite good. It was clean, and the facilities were good.

The main problem we had -- and you cannot fault the hotel for that -- was that the elevator broke down while we were there, and we were on the 6th floor! The forced exercise was appreciated, but also a little burdensome. Perhpas the hotel could have done more to get the elevator fixed more quickly, but it is understandable there may have been parts needed to be delived from out of town,

The bedroom was nice and the receptionist was helpful

The lift didn't work and the staircase is steep so it's not an easy way up. The noise from the bar next door can be heard until late

Great location next to the train station Perrache. And many good cafes and restaurants nearby. Very reasonable cost. Friendly staff.

No problems.

Excellent location, close to the station, but without any disturbing noises. All sites in the city centre are located within easy walking distance. We were lucky to find a public parking space in front of the hotel, which wasn’t even too expensive since it is free from 19.00h through 9.00h

Very helpful staff, good location

The toilet bowl was in the shower - there was no separate shower cabin. The water was splashing over the whole bathroom floor. And if use the toilet after the shower, the floor was wet.

Great location - close to some good restaurants and an amazing boulangerie yet straight onto the motorway- great overnight stay.

Location is a good part of town, near one of the main train stations, and can walk about 15/20 mins to the old town (or get a metro). On a square with lots of bars/restaurants and some green space (and a market on the weekend).

Bathroom was tiny, could barely shut the door to sit down. The shower was not really contained at all and you can't really stop water leaking out onto the main room/carpet. (The hotel did change towels every day which helped mopping up). Room had a low ceiling in half of the space, think about 6ft2 is the limit for being able to stand up in some parts of the room.Also, was a single glazed window in the main bedroom. Despite the location, would not stay there again personally.

The elevator is slow

Fantastic location only metres away from the bus/train station. The hotel opened right onto a beautiful park/central square. Very attractive, ornate looking building from the outside and very modern and sophisticated inside. Clean and safe room, comfortable and soft bed, fast elevator and the young lady on the front desk was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again...great value for money that's for sure.

There wasn't much space in the room, not a big problem really.
