It was a great location—quick walk to the river, close to restaurants, cafes, and transit. Staff was friendly and we were able to drop our luggage off ahead of check-in. Great value.

Staff both on reception and in the bar were excellent
Breakfast room crowded. Paintwork in the room a bit scruffy (mainly on door)

We booked this hotel because of the bed size however the room was like being in a hostel - very sparse - no closet for clothes, no bed side tables, very cramped space. There was obviously a cultural difference in the neighborhood and my wife and I did not feel comfortable being outside the hotel after dark.
The room was very sparse compared to other places we stayed in and the price was high for what the hotel provided. The staff working during breakfast seemed to be preoccupied with other things - and only refilled items when asked to do so. Eggs and bacon were cold.
Good quality for the price, clean, quiet, very comfy mattress, location close to everything in Lyon, good connection to both Perrache and Part Dieu

At nearly 100 euros per night, a little bit of cream or milk in the bedroom for the tea/coffee would be nice!

Problems with the heating
Easy access by tram (5-10min) from Lyon Part Dieu. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping available. Bed was big and very comfortable, two pillows for each person. Kettle available in room.
Only 2 teabags were provided. Had to use paper cups to make hot drinks. Could not use air conditioner to blow cold air, could only use the fan function. Area to hang up our coats was a little tight so the coats were kind of squished up. Still using bath tub to shower in but no non-slip mat was provided.
