We stayed in Lyon for one night to take a break from drive from Paris to Nice. We reached the hotel very late night check in was smooth as the receptionist was there & he gave us keys. Room were spacious & comfortable.

It was very clean, peaceful, and in a nice quiet area.

While this was not an issue for us, since we were driving, the Hotel’s location may be a challenge for those without a car.

Really loved the bed - super comfortable. The room was clean, and neat. The bus station 31/43 that connects with the subway line was at 3 minutes away. Great place to stay and the area was a nice one.

No slippers in the room, and the toilet paper was a bit see through

A bit far from the city center, but the bus transportation network is good.

Cleaning, spacious room, lovely food.

Fast check-in and friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast had great coffee and a nice selection of hot and cold items. Far from central but that was our choice. Easily accessible for a stopover on our way to Nice.

We arrived with a roof box. According to the staff, it would not fit under the garage. Since there had been several break-ins into such boxes before, we were advised to empty it and place it in a room instead. This was a lot of work after a long day of driving (8 to 9hrs). My box now has some minor damage from trying to get it through the doors. A deposit also had to be paid, which was unexpected since this was not mentioned on Booking.com. Please try to share such information on sites like Booking.com to avoid unexpected situations. There was one guy we could hardly understand because he spoke to soft. The other guy at the reception we had in the morning was friendly. The breakfast was also poor. The eggs were runny, there were no buns, only bread for toasting, and hardly any choice . The only good thing was the coffee.

The connecting family room was spacious with two bathrooms.Comfortable beds and the bedrooms were overall cozy.Parking available (paid parking)There is an excellent Japanese restaurant 1 minute walk from the hotel for dinner.

No dinner option at the hotel during our stay.Variety of food at breakfast was poor.

The family room is very good and gig enough with two bathrooms, the breakfast was also very rich.

Excellent facilities, comfy beds, friendly staff, big rooms, good location, can take bikes to old Lyon.

Staff are so friendly and helpful , nice big rooms and good value dor money , food was good, especially the evening meal and the restaurant service was excellent.

A little far out of the way however the value dor money out weighed thia and it was cheap to get a taxi or bus to the city. So it wouldnt put me off ataying here again.

We requested twin beds in one room but did not get it and there were no staff, no restaurant, no bar And just left sheets in the room to separate the beds ourselves!!!!’n

The room is great, the bathroom is comfortable, and the breakfast is good (although it would be nice to have plant-based milk and vegan options available). The parking is convenient, and the gym is comfortable.

-It’s not possible to pay for the room directly in the app, you can only make a reservation.-There was no refrigerator in the room.

Strange payment/authorisation system in the hotel. You book with condition of payment on arrival (no prepayment) and hotel take preauthorisatuon of 1 night per room so im my case 4 rooms around 600 eur. Even after i cancelled 2 rooms they still took 600 eur for all 4. And one day before arrival they made a mistake wanted to take another 300e preauthorisation.My guest in one of this 4 rooms needed to make preauthorisation on checkin so they took 150 eur from him aswell. That is crayz.I would rate -10 this par of the service, it was very confusing and caused a lot of stress.
