Great location as I walked from airport. Good room. Good staff. Nice bar.

Conveniently located close to airport for a late arrival. We called them to confirm we were arrivong late, and no problem.

The shuttle to the airport was VERY late. We called them to say we had arrived, yet they kept us out in the cold, with three other adults and two children for over half an hour. The lady driver was late, disconsiderate and steered using only one hand.

the "shuttle" to the terminal, was not at the hotel. It was out the back door and around the corner. A long schlep with luggage. The room was beastly hot and no way to adjust the temperature - I tried.

Location! Very close to the Lyon Airport and it has free shuttle service around the clock.

Room kind of small and not much area for your luggage and other stuff.

The airport shuttle fills up quickly, you need to be early. The stop location is very confusing as there are 2 stops, one on either side of the street. One is covered, the other not. Both go to the same place but the covered one gets picked up first.

The hotel has a convenient shuttle to the airport. The staff at the reception was very friendly and booked one shuttle just for our group because we had three large ski bags. The common spaces and the rooms are well maintained.

Additional pillows would have been nice. The third bed was not made. People were smoking in the patio just below our room and we couldn't open the window (which we wanted to do to clear some steam after taking a shower) because of the smell.

They don't run airport shuttle between 7h45-8h45, for someone with a train at 9h00 this is very inconvenient, and this was precisely why we chose this hotel.

The early and late check in option and the breakfast that started very early

The shuttle instruction received by booking said that we have to call for a shuttle and in fact on weekends there was a regular every 15 minute shuttle and when I sent the message to requested they told me I absolutely could not do it by mail or through booking by only phone call. It all turned out ok as I spotted the shuttle and the driver explained that the shuttle circulates regularly from 4 am

Expensive for the quality of service : the parking wasn’t included in the room rate ..no hairdryer in the room no water kettle for the coffee facilities in the room

The food was not good, particularly the evening menu. Very basic and most of the dishes were unavailable when we arved.

The shuttle from the airport is very convenient. We arrived after midnight and they came for us. Check-in process lasted a couple of minutes and we were ready to hit our beds.
