Great location near metros, tram and train station. Restaurant in the hotel can easily accommodate groups of 6-8, for dinner or drinks. Food is a little expensive, but super convenient! Funky cool interior and fantastic front desk staff!

Hotel room is very minimalistic, small and lacked enough room lighting, and space for clothing. Refrig was designed to accommodate their 'charged' drinks. There was no way to chill anything from the outside.

I always like staying at that hotel. Everybody speaks English and is super friendly. Breakfast is amazing. You can go from the private parking garage into your room. The bar is fun to hang out at. The bed is super comfortable. Yo ucan ope nteh windows thats a huge +.

They need shelves in the bathroom. Several of my beauty products fell on the floor since I had to put them on a chair. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything is great.

The restaurant and breakfast were super nice and I was able to sit for dinner during peak hours with no problem. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The room was pretty hot and it was difficult to get it to a nice temp.

I stay at this hotel relatively frequently - largely due to how welcoming & helpful the staff are. I also appreciate how quiet it is - not all hotels are. The breakfast is also of a high standard.

I miss having a kettle in my room - but this is only a small point.

Pricey

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The thing that I like most about a hotel after cleanliness is the quality of the beds and pillows. Honestly, the mattress is on par with 4 or even 5-star hotels. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The atmosphere in the hotel is good and comfortable. All the staff members are very kind and helpful.

The lobby is not very comfortable, and there is no place to sit and discuss with friends without the loud music in the restaurant.

I love the artsy, unique and creative decor of mama shelter! The food is great and if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere on the weekend the dj was really fun. The location is very close to the metro which is also accessible to the main tram station. The room was comfortable and the staff was welcoming and even let us check in a little early!

The ac was a little low/humid and the room could’ve been cleaned a little more as I found some hairs that weren’t ours. I wish the rooftop was still there and the terrace stayed open later, but overall it was a great stay!

The staff were wonderful. The room was very clean. The location was excellent, very close to the Jean Mace metro stop. While the full breakfast was expensive, one could have croissants and coffee very reasonably.

The polyester duvets were a bit hot, and the bar shampoo wasn’t great.

Quirky hotel chain in a good location (although maybe not an obvious place to stay, lots of nice cafes and bars in the area.) Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice design rooms and cool vibe in the common areas as well know it from other Mama Shelters. Not really in the city centre, but the metro is only a 3-minute walk away so not a real issue. Great breakfast.
