The room was so clean. Nice bathroom. Brand new sheets. Greeted at the front desk warmly.

The star level was a flat out lie. On par with a motel 6, perfectly fine and clean 2 star hotel, but sold through the special deal as a 4 star hotel and it wasn’t even close to a 4 star hotel

It worked well, breakfast was adequate.

Regarding the location easy access to transportation and bus routes, the room was very clean, bed very comfortable, well maintained although refrigerator was missed. Breakfast had everything for everyone. Staff always helpful.

As mentioned earlier the refrigerator is always necessary and needs to be available. The AC hasn't been regulated for providing warm temperature when needed and finally it would have been much preferable if breakfast could be self served at the room if chosen.

The aircondioner worked well. the room was basic and clean. we really like Pascale at the front desk. the kitchenette worked well for us. the location on a tram line was perfect.

the freezer door was broken and i needed the freezer for a ice pack. Several front desk sytaff weren't very friendly.

The hotel located in residential neighborhood, so one has a chance to meet locals and observe their everyday life. It is also very close to public transport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

The room was big and comfortable for three people, it had a working microwave and fridge. The room was very clean.

Room small kitchen had no cutlery (no fork/knife/plates, no frying pan or pot), so we couldn’t really use the kitchen.

Everything was fine. Due to our request since our child got sick, they even let us stay above the check-out time for free

Great location. The tram was almost right outside the door. And we loved the vibe of the neighbourhood. It was convenient but not too touristy.

I felt like the hotel oversold itself by billing the room as a studio apartment. Our room had a strange layout and there was nowhere to sit, despite the website showing photos of a table and chairs. I am surprised this hotel has a four-star rating. It’s barely a three, in my opinion. I don’t understand why it has such glowing reviews. I didn’t find the desk staff very friendly either.

The location was excellent and the front desk person was very kind and accommodating for the late meeting that I needed space to work in.

We stayed in several hotels in France on our trip, and this one felt the most like a more traditional American hotel in terms of space and amenities. Extra mirrors, a hair dryer, a fridge, a cooking area, a fitness room, a bigger bathroom, and a bigger main room. So for American travelers looking for a hotel that may be more what they're used to, this is a great option. We thought the location was excellent, just a couple of blocks from Perrache, walking distance to a gym we went to, walking distance to centre ville, and just feet from several restaurants, but still the room was quiet when it was time to sleep. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Central location, close to a tram station, as well as walking distance to grocery shops nearby, including a Carrefour supermarket. The breakfast had the basics and was sufficient to get the day started.The room is spacious, the underground parking was great and the price is way below other hotels in the are (13 Euros a night compared to 40 or 50 Euros in other places).

The room is ok, but it feels a bit dated overall. The air conditioning controller on the wall didn't work, so found that the circuit breaker was tripped and I was able to make it work. In fact, the breaker was the on/off "button", because it didn't stop anymore, so had to switch it off from the circuit breaker.

Convenient location, nice staff, large room and comfortable bed, everything is good.

Location was convenient and within walking distance to many activities and sights in and near the historic old Lyon. Public transportation was also close.Room was clean and quiet even with the church across the street ringing it's bell every quarter hour.

Good breakfast. Clean, comfy, spacious rooms with big windows and high quality air conditioning. The staff is friendly. Housekeeping is amazing. Laundry is high quality.
