Large room, clean and good staff

Mattress is a touch hard - could use a good mattress pad.

We were only here one evening. Room was comfortable and the staff was genial. Would probably rate this property as a nice three-star hotel rather than four-star but have no complaints. Would book again if in the area.

When we arrived late in the evening the neighborhood appeared menacing under the cover of darkness. However, in the light of day, it was much less so. Parking out front to check in was quite limited and would have been easier had spots been reserved.

Spacious new room with modern amenities and best of all the complimentary breakfast is out of this world. Parking on the street is free and easy to find.

Size of room was fine and price was fine.

It was NOT a 4 star! Air didn't work! Pull out sofa for kids was too small, diidnt come with blankets or pillows and when staff was asked said they didn't have extras! Staff was nice but NOT accommodating and horrible night sleep for all should be free.

Really spacious and comfortable.

It was in a student area, but felt deserted after dark because it was August. I felt a little uncomfortable walking home at night.

Very good stay and comfortable rooms. Not the best location because it’s outside downtown and not very touristy area, but if you ride bicycles it’s perfect just a 10 minute ride and very convenient and inexpensive when using the shared system. I recommend it

The room was spacious and clean.

Though air conditioning is present, it was regulated to 78 degrees. Had to leave windows open at night, and the room was extremely hot when returning from the day's activities.

Good location, in a nice neighborhood. Metro station, supermarket and river within walking distance.Breakfast has a pancake making machine that was a big hit with my kid.Friendly, helpful, staff.

From the name and photos I was given the impression that the living room + kitchen was separate from the bedroom. But they were all in the same room, with only a curtain separating the bed from the rest of the room.Room cleaning came pretty late in the day (bit after 18), so happened to encounter us in the room.

I like the location; this place is near the metro station, the supermarket, and several restaurants. the area is quiet and beautiful. the room was big enough for two people. i like the long desk to have two people working at the same time. very clean place and stuff was very nice.

The property had a good shower.Room decoration is pleasant.

The location wasn’t nice. Some of the gym equipment was broken. The 250eur deposit because it is “an apartment” which the staff couldn’t locate in the terms and conditions when asked. Subsequently they did find it.. but that’s says a lot about how clear it is when you book it..

very limited parking! if you don’t get in you may as well find another hotel, as you will be parked 1-2 miles away on the street at eur 55 a day. quite horrendous when your arriving in the evening with children. never will I return

We booked a triple room studio.It was Rugby World Cup -so the city was busy.The hotel was clean, comfortable and very quiet.Would highly recommend.

The surrounding is quiet, not much services, but clean and modern. The apartment was big enough.

The apartment was cold. In the night it was 10 celcius outside, they thought there is no need to switch on the central heating, so we got a portable heater from the reception which was too weak for the mission.

Good for an overnight stop in Lyon, with parking on request. Comfortable beds, kitchenette area and nice shower room. Think the public transport to the old town is fairly straightforward, although we got taxis.

Stuff was kind and responded quikly

Right before we left the glass in the shower exploded.. Literally. When we came to reception to tell what happened obviously stuff was aware that it happened not once. A woman very calmly said, that yes that happened before. Netflix didn't work, we couldn't connect to internet with TV. Not everything that was supposed to be in the apartment was there (like kitchen utensils) For example we asked for corkscrew, it was brought to us but was asked to be returned right away.

Normally, everything was as per the expectations, hence no real turn offs.
