The only lady at the front desk was friendly.Others barely acknowledged you. Felt like they were to cool.

The decor was cold (with tin on walls) bad art. Cheap wrinkled curtains, see through.

The room was quite comfortable.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Lyon. The room was very basic and lacked essential amenities such as a kettle or a fridge, which made the stay less comfortable. For the price, I expected at least the standard conveniences that most hotels offer. Overall, it did not live up to expectations and I would not recommend it for travelers looking for comfort.

Nice staff, Quick check-in, the hôtel is in the middle of the city center, accessing shopping areas, museums, ..in a second.Small single room, sufficient for a night, with a nice bathroom.

The room had a light smell of cigarette, the room was close to a storage area that was noisy at night (doors and wooden floor noises).. other rooms were maybe not impacted.

I was really in need of a room with good AC which they were able to provide. The staff were especially helpful when it seemed my stay might have to be extended, and at a time when they had very little available (high season). I didn't need this in the end, but their support was immediate, reassuring and accommodating. Great people, great place.

Club double room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was reasonable for the price.

3 star hotel, yet no tea or coffee facilities in my room. Still using shower curtains - urgh! Tired, old hotel and the renovations were cheap.

Very centrally located with close proximity to the old town and many restaurants and bars in the same street. Big room with comfortable bed, quiet with view to the patio

Aged equipment and furniture in room and hotel, hotel staff could provide some information on the hotel eg breakfast and provide tips of Lyon when checking in

There is no air conditioning in all but one room, although this is listed in the room facilities. Our room had an unusual smell, and we were grateful to be offered an alternative. The decor feels a little tired and the design choices may not be to everyone’s taste.

Excellent location. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Air con was a plus. Didnt have breakfast. But everything really good

Room, toilet was open with the room, value for the price was none, just so expensive without any reason. Breakfast was poor.

Hotel is situated in quite comfortable location - Bartholdi fountain and Vieux Lyon are very close. Quick confirmation, even the same day. The room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

As for one person, the room was too big, but, anyways, it was the only room left.

Cleaning was not enough generally. Locaiton is very good, it's a ideal hotel for short vacation

24hour reception. Really comfortable bed. Clean room. Good shower.

We were on floor 5 and the elevator was the smallest thing I have ever seen ?. It was actually quite funny but we struggled to get in . (2 of us with 2 backpacks and a small dog)
