The hotel was beautiful in every sense. Every inch of the hotel is exceptionally detailed. Loved the breakfast restaurant and cocktail bar. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed and staff were helpful beyond normal expectations. With views over Bellecour Place the location couldn't have been better, and we could walk in any direction to soak in the Lyonnaise ambience, enjoy the sights, amazing food options, and shopping- and that was in rainy weather!

The location is perfect, the stuff is nice & cooperative, the room was quit good .

The bathroom wasn’t spacious enough, no dinning room & breakfast wasn’t diverse or rich enough.

Great friendly service. Really appreciate the car park facility and that they took my keys and parked my car! The room was ready before 2pm and we were welcomed to take the key.

Looks 5 star but it’s...

The concierge has no clues. Asking for restaurants which aren’t closed on Monday and they have no ideas. They Need to check. They should already have a list of restaurants which are open on Mondays And still they give me a restaurant which is closed. This is not a 5 star hotel service. The air con was humming noisy whole night

Amazing service superb location and super comfy bed

After our room change we...

We arrived on Friday night at around 5pm for a 5 night stay. The room we were checked into was very tired and extremely small, there was not enough room to open 2 suitcases in the room and then get to the wardrobe. We went to see the Manager Bryan who apologised and said, the hotel was fully booked but he would move us to a bigger room on Sunday. His restaurant tips saved the day. On Sunday we were moved to a much larger room with views over the Piazza and it was amazing. We understand these issues can arise, but Bryan handled them professionally

Very well located

Absolutely not a 5* hotel. Carpet was coming up on the sides of our room, our view was metal roofing and very dingy. Spoke to the staff and their only solution was to offer us a single room (with a single bed)… we were a couple.

Spacious room and bathroom, loved Fragonard bath products, great location

Very good location near the main metro station Easy to connect to everything. Room very comfortable with king size bed as we expected. We don’t use breakfast- to expensive. Many possibilities for variety of breakfast in the town. Every day different places with excelente quality and better prices.

Everything was fine! Nothing to add! We was satisfied.

Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The location was perfect-close to the metro and the City centre and very good nearby cafes and restaurants. Free bottles of still and sparkling water were provided each evening. Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked egg dishes each day. Staff were friendly and helpful

It was a little noisy at night and the bar was a bit too small. It was very expensive

Absence of restaurant in the hotel.Very high step into and out of the hotel entrance is a hazard.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff through all services were very very good. The location is unbeatable. Thank u for a great time
