Bikube Coliving Hôtel - Lyon Centre Lumière

This was our third time stay, we love everything about the hotel, the staff even remembers us! The hotel as usual, great temperature in the room, very clean and smells nice, the location is incomparable, I love to stay here, I will recommend all my friends to stay here.

This was our second stay, and we loved it just as much as the first time. We really have nothing to complain about. The staff are great, everything is clean and well organized. You can stay here short-term or long-term without ever feeling like the two types of guests are mixed together — the separation is really well managed.The room still feels almost brand new, even though the property has been open for a while. You can even sense that “new room” freshness. They clearly take very good care of the rooms and the overall environment.

No, nothing to complain. If there's anything I would like to say, is the mini park in front of the hotel, there are people smoke marijuana, but that's really out of the hotel's hands.

Mini kitchen is very nice

The floor for our queen size bed area is one step higher than the other area’s floor. At night, (especially for the first night of your stay)if you need to get up and go to the bathroom, be very careful! It’s not one flat floor ! Don’t get fall down!

Very friendly staff and super restaurant. Easy walk or tram to all of the city highlights. Room clean and very comfortable.

The gym didn't have any free weights - (e.g. set of dumbbells). This would be a relatively easy addition to make it a great space to do some gentle exercises.

Should remove the elevated bed floor, I had tumbled a few times at nights, almost fell down. It’s bad idea to elevated the bed floor from the rest of the room

It was okay, until few hours after I checked out.

I accidentally left a goodAmount of unused, well-packed, fresh and vacuum-sealed butter which i bought in Paris. I placed them inside the room’s refrigerator. I am 100% sure about it. Supposed to be ill bring them home as gifts. Unfortunately, when I contacted the hotel, it took more than 24hrs before I got a reply, only to be told that allegedly they did not find the butter. Which is impossible because I placed them insode the ref as soon as OArrived so they will stay formed and solid. I hope they do better next time.

Great place to stay. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean.

The front desk lady who is very professional and guided us how to take subway/bus to touring the city and major attractions in Lyon.

Modern complex. Close to metro. About 10 minutes to most places.

Roof bar is only open for special events. Fire alarm going off during night caused me to startle, wake disoriented after a 27 hour journey and fall. Twisted foot and other injuries. Staff in bar were helpful getting ice around midnight. I was told the fire alarm has been an ongoing problem and that another guest once had similar injuries due to it. I submitted a report to the hotel in case I needed to claim on my insurance later as I was due to join a walking group for 10 days. The injuries were severe enough to cause me to rethink the walk. I requested a letter from the hotel confirming the details and was at the hotel for 6 more days. In that time and up till now (about a month later) no-one from the hotel has contacted me and I did check my report had been received. So the safety and well-being of their guests don't really seem to count for much.

I've been there 5days. The room was clean and had good amenities. There was a pantry where you could prepare meals by yourself. The location was good: 3 stations from Lyon central station.

This is just a small comment. My pillow was a bit smelly at first, and I saw some dark spots on it.

Pretty good hotel. We spent just over 1 night and everything was smooth and nice. Very good breakfast, not that much type of food but good quality. Also staff helped us with parking and it was free at the end :)

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located

Very close and easy to get to and from the train on the streetcar an 1.5 block walk. Close to an underground metro stop and vélo stand. The mini kitchen was perfect for simple meals. Mandatory cleaning every three days keeps the trash under control and toilet paper stocked.

The restaurant food selection was not to my liking. But seemed to be popular with others.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 3 nights in a row!!!

Good breakfast. Staff were friendly but not available much of the time. Close to metro station. Nice little neighborhood. Not close to town but easily accessible. Had it not been for fire alarm issue my rating would be higher

The fire alarm went of 5 times during our 4 night stay - always in the middle of the night or early morning. According to reviews this has been going on for over a month prior to our arrival. The rooms are very small for 2 people.

Super modern facility, the rooms were in great condition and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The center is 10 min drive so if you have a car it is to move around. The roof top was very nice and overall I had a great time. The staff was also very helpful!

The room had a weird smell, perhaps left by the previous tenant.
