The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was very delicious, with local produce available. The location is perfect since it is next to the shopping centre and it was very convenient and close to the museum.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable

Location was good for walking around Lyon. Parking was easy. Generally a solid budget hotel. Staff was pleasant. Room was a good size and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure.

There was quite a bit of construction noise, including heavy drilling before 8 am. My wife complained and was told it wasn't their fault. But when I mentioned it at checkout, the hotel admitted it was construction directly above us and that the manager was upset about it.

Staff were very courteous respectful and friendly - even when we arrived so late at night! The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and was delicious. The rooms are generous on size, very clean and super comfortable. The location is perfectly situated right by the river and great for walking dogs! The hotel is also adjoined to a mall for more choices of restaurants but we didn’t get the chance to try them out as only stopped for one night.

The parking is a little bit confusion at first but then the reception desk helped me find my way! It was also late at night!

Double beds are a bit small

Breakfast and bar in the evenings, great rooms, surprised with see through glass with on and off button from the shower, you can watch your partner shower from the bed!

Manager lacking resoluciones. No heat in The room in november. Terrible nigth at 0 grades Celsius outside. The staff came with two devices that worked for a couple of minutes And then stopped. Last third one also stopped after 30 more minutes And in this time The fault it was because the plug. This gives you an indication of the level of maintenance in the hotel. After a terrible nigth The manager offer a refund of 50 % Of the cost. Not enougf at all.

Excellent location in one of Lyon’s best areas. Very quiet and yet well connected with public transportation and many restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The receptionist spoke bird and we could not understand and my friend is French. The evening meal was appalling- and I demanded a reduction and got it. (Burnt dry chips and a salmon something or other.). The waiters swanned around as though they were the stars in their own films. The breakfast was cheap and nasty.The reception sent us to -1 instead of 0 to take our taxi.
