A bit expensive for the breakfast when you are only taking a coffee with a croissant plus there is a bakery next door.

Decent hotel in Lyon. Good quality for the price. Nice wellness part.

Air conditioning is a bit loud. Breakfast could be better. Small hiccups with the check-out but rectified by the hotel.

There was glass in our breakfast granola, and it was barely addressed.

Location is perfect and the clerks are friendly.

There was a female employee opened the room with room key when I was still in the room. It’s quite offensive and unfriendly experience.

Very small room

The hotel was OK. Staff was helpful. Bonus for having a gym and spa area.

The room was absolutely too hot and there was a foul smell, almost like the room hadn't been used in a while (most likely also because of the high temperature which tends to accentuate it). We had to sleep with the window open and we got some mosquitoes. I sincerely hope we just had bad luck and not all rooms are like this.

Clean and comfortable.

Quite far from the old town. We booked another night in booking.com but called beforehand to check the room category. They confirmed the category and then charged us an additional €60 due to a mistake they made. Not acceptable.

Reasonable location, close-ish to the city central. A main station really close by.

The lift stopped working and we were on the 4th floor. Luckily, we don't have any mobility issues, otherwise we wouldn't been able to get to out room. Our key also stopped working, so we had to go down the stairs and up again without a working lift to get the issue resolved.

The staff was friendly, the room beautiful and the location great.

Hotel was clean but our room smelled strongly of fish. Very unpleasant. The bed had a duvet and the room was very warm. The bed was harder than either my wife or I liked. Made for sore backs. Staff were very professional and helpful.

- Location is far from downtown or transportation - Location is terrible and get super noisy at night, cars/ motorbikes keep passing by and you can hear the loud noise even when the windows are closed - No kettle, so you can’t make a cup of tea for yourself- No slippers and tiny little trash bin in toilet - The safe was not working - Breakfast options are very few and limited, and too early 6-10!! - A/C was not working, and they advised me to open the windows to cool the room down! And once you open it up, you will suffer the car noise and people talk- Dark walls

They have a disgusting spa area, no space to put your towel, the towels for the “spa” are very small, the jacuzzi says maximum 6 people, but 4 people fit very tightly already. Regarding the room, it was stinky, the ventilation didn’t work basically, so I had to keep the window open which was annoying when there were people smoking downstairs in front of the building and the floor of the shower was a little bit disgusting, so better shower with sleepers.

The hotel is way too far from the city center, which made getting around kind of a hassle.Also, there was a really strong chlorine smell in the room that just wouldn’t go away. It was pretty overwhelming — maybe time to switch up the cleaning products? The fridge in the room didn’t work, which was super inconvenient.Overall, not the best experience. Definitely some things that need improvement.

Absolutely lovely stay, friendly and welcoming staff and super comfy beds, breakfast was really nice as well. It was our second stay and would happily go back.

The hotel was perfect. In a very convenient location, just 150m to tram stop which is connected with metro. Moreover, in a very good location if you want to rent a car and go outside Lyon. The hotel has very good parking places. The room was cosy. We had a room with balcony so it was so nice to sit in the evening (there is very comfortable sofa and chair in the balcony). There is a very good restaurant downstairs in the hotel, so we had dinner there several times.It was a great stay☺️
