    • Breakfast was good
    • I loved the property because it had everything we needed and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
    • The staff were very kind and helpful. The car parking was easily accessible (15 euros for 24 hours) and the breakfast was plentiful. There were a few local restaurants for evening meal. Tramway close by and museum just across the bridge.

    Cons -

    • Room was quite small. Place was quite noisy.
    • Sadly the restaurant does not cater for Cœliacs. There was no gluten free entrée and only one main meal which was also vegan and so covered both dietary options, this was a risotto which was frankly unappealing. We had chosen the hotel as it had a restaurant and knew by the time we arrived we would be too tired to go out for food. I ended up having a burger and fries without the bun, it was ok but I felt as though I didn’t matter. I honestly advise you to address this problem as these days other companies are ahead of you in this matter.
    • The room was a bit snug for 3 of us.

Super comfy beds and good facilities. Easy check in and out and late check out of 12pm is great.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No rubbish bin.

Swimming pool area could be more organised, it was too full, and it should have a separate area for children.

Great location, friendly staff quiet hotel even when busy

    6DerkPosted on: 8-21-2025

Location is good, close to the water and you can walk all the way from there to the city (40min) Breakfast was fine too.

The swimming pool is very small and shared with another hotel. During summer there really is no place to swim or even lay on a bed. Also there is no real airconditioning. The room was 29 degrees during the heatwave.

Ok place to stay. Reasonable for the money I guess with an outdoor pool which is fairly hard to come by near Lyon. Great tram facilities close to the hotel.

Pool not well kept or that clean tbh. Rooms are very small. Pool small and very overarowded. Left here early to go to another hotel which was amazing for just another few euros per night.

Really good location handy for transport. Pool really good to cool off although very crowded and not the cleanest but that’s due to the amount of use

We had a problem that the air conditioning wasn’t the best but it was the hottest day in France for many years and they did everything to help

Great location near confluence but also easy to access the old town by tram. Great breakfast, good beds. Kind staff. Games for the kids.

Swimming pool really is too small to share with two big hotels. It's just too crowded. Game room for kids needs an update.

At check in staff were very nice, lifts to all floors, bed was comfy. Shampoo provided, big tv

Outside the city centre, for price was expecting to be closer., litter on room floor when we arrived, air-con was not very good, shower floor was very slippy when wet, we got a drink in the bar and the staff were not very pleasant. For an Ibis hotel room was not as expected, needs a paint and update to furniture

The staff was plesent and helpful.

The room was small and very cramp, decor was poor, almost felt prison like. I asked for a double bed i got two single beds pushed together.

    5PaulPosted on: 7-10-2025

    Bed was comfortable and clean

Room was very small, very basic. Breakfast was awful.

the pool is tiny crowded and dirty water necause too many people in such a small space... pool is very dissapointing. you cannot swim because there's no space.

    9StylianosPosted on: 7-6-2025

The room was very clean and comfortable

The only "complain" I have is that the pool was not usable as there were too many kids

    7ChiaraPosted on: 7-6-2025

    Good

The pool is very small and also shared with Novotel right next to Ibis

    7PetrikPosted on: 6-23-2025

Breakfast was good, pool was good, althought it was small.

Air conditioning is under powered. Rooms are too tiny, especially for 3. - I thought I made a rwservation for Novotel - those 2 brands are mixing too easily in the booking.com. Novotel rooms supposed to be 24 sqm, while ibis was only half of it.My wife asked extra key, and young hotel receptionist made it without asking any papers! That's about security ! Older receptionist was excellent and saved our holidays there.

    7EugenePosted on: 6-6-2025

Located close to ENS, good connection to the city center

The room is too small, poor lightening, lack of fridge and kettle, air-conditioning is too weak with no real control. Dining room is overcrowded in the morning hours.

    4UrsuPosted on: 5-31-2025

The location is quite cool near museum and accessible by tram 1, quite location and in green area. Breakfast was quite good and fresh. Poor coffee. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was very small even if we booked a superior room, we had no place to walk around the bed, it’s literally 15cm from the wall on both sides, nor where to place our bags/belongings. The old grey color on walls looks very depressed, the window is very small and feels claustrofobic.
