The location was perfect for us since we had a train to take early in the morning

The staff that welcomed us ( a guy with long hair ) had a hard time to smile or be nice to customers and in the morning I was surprised to be the only one asked if I payed the breakfast maybe when you skin color is darker you get a different treatment…

Grotty area - convenient for the station but quite a walk into Old Town.

The room was too hot, and I was sweating at night—no option to lower the temperature. It was also a little noisy; you could hear some people nearby. Also, the carpet floor in the elevator hall was dirty.

Close to the train station for an easy early am departure. Simple room was clean and met our needs.

No hand towel for the bathroom so you had to use your bath towel. Although we didn’t partake due to early morning departure, the extra cost for breakfast seemed excessive.

This is the best Ibis I have ever stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded all expectations. Everything was well-organized, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent.

Great location, comfy bed and friendly staff

My wife and I stayed for two nights in early October 2025 in a standard double room, travelling by train. The location is very convenient for Lyon Part Dieu. The service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was OK. We had a fine, large bed. The room was adequate, although not enough plugs or storage space. Overall the hotel was reasonable value for money. Location from train station & restaurants was great

The staff could have been more helpful when asked for directions & more welcoming. The 2 individuals we spoke with seemed annoyed with giving directions

Great location near the train station but it was also easy to use the metro to get into town. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The place is quite nice, but there building is clearly getting old (also the rooms). The area is not close to any turistic thing (but that was our choice).I recommend for short stays.

The room bathroom was a bit old and had some marks. I think it would be great a refurbishing. It is not bad, but could be better.

Bathroom had mold in the tub/shower. They were kind to give us a different room. The room was small, especially for the price we paid.

This is a hotel chain that usually maintains the same standards. Don’t expect anything very special

the room felt quite small for three people, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The sanitary facilities were not well maintained, and we also noticed that an additional towel was missing. Furthermore, the bathroom door handle was broken, making it impossible to close the door.

Location by the station great. Staff friendly. Room adequate for one night and clean and comfortable
