ibis Lyon Gerland Rue Mérieux

It is close to Metro.

it was not clean enough, I could take some photos and share them here... Parking place was not arranged before my arrival.

Excellent location, nice apartment.

It would have been nice to have curtains on the window and the fan didn't work so it was a bit too warm.

Breakfast good and staff nice.

I fell unsafe due to the festival around and to much traffic because of roadwork.

staff were pleasant, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

Hairdryer was not strong or hot enough. No coffee machine in the room and no body/hand lotion.

Well located. Good access to metro. Good eating places close by. One English Channel on television.

No electric kettle or provision for tea /coffee

Not much. It was clean. Breakfast was ok

It was basic and therefore expensive for what it is.

Very good location for my conference, tram and metro are nearby 5-10min walking. A lot of restaurants around, quite place

Clean comfortable hotel, very good breakfast

Car park a bit small

The room was very new and clean. Location was great easy to access metro

No kettle in the room :(

simple location

smell in the bed from previous stay warm room with no aircon turned onnoisy with window openbooking price higher than hotel

The hotel was very clean and felt new. Our room was spacious and had plenty of room for our belongings.

Very good

We asked for breakfast packcage for last breakfast because of early travel and we were told to take whatever we want but it is hard to take nice breakfast with you with no box etc.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was serene.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. In spite of that the bed was comfortable. Overall

The staff was really accommodating and always there to lend a gand.

There was no toilet brush, only one towel per guest (with no hand towel) and a huge gap under the toilet door for romance. There were two mattresses stacked on top of each other which made them move constantly and I almost fell twice.

Easy to access, useful parking lot and friendly staff. Location maybe odd but you can easily reach the city with your car. Calm area. Nice

staff were friendly and rooms were clean and quiet.

The hotel is fine, but 140 euros is a joke. There was no tear or coffee, only thin paper cups, no hand or face towels, no shower cap or toiletries, no iron. No space to put luggage,

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff good and friendly.

Everything was great except the size of the room was a little small. Not much room to put things away.

More storage in the bedroom

A pleasant stay in the middle of the city of Lyon

The work outside of the structure Lots of noise.

The staff is very good, the breakfast too, and is nice to have a bar that is always opened. Place is convenient and the nighbourhood has lots of bars, restaurants.

The beds should have regular sheets (des draps, quoi) in addition to Nordic plaids. It was very hot, even with A/C, and it doesn't make sense to have these nordic things.
