We found the conscierge service to be terrible. They seemed like they really did not want to take the time to help us. We asked about a city tour. They told us to go to Hotel de Ville and walk around until we find a stop. WRONG. Have more to telll

The room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. We had a wonderful View of the Park and we like the location. The parking is convenient as well.

The général light switch didn't work. The restaurant attached to the hôtel, Zucca, did a wonderful breakfast. However, the dinner was disgusting, the order was incorrect and when my husband tried to have the situation rectified, the manager did not accommodate us whatsoever. That was disappointing. We definitely do no recommend the restaurant for dinner.

Spacious room, helpful front desk, coffee and tea possible in room. Bathroom very well equipt.Mattresses not greaet and room temperature too hot with theromostat that does not work.

Had a problem with my aircon/heater!wasnt working 3days in cold weather.Other room of our reservation there was no phone/landline/water…Another room of our collegue has the aircon/heater problem as well whoch is unexceptable in Winter!

The location was great, near the park and a buss stop is right next to the hotel.The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.Also the room is spacious.

I had one minor problem which were that a spider (and its webs) were found in the room and we asked the housekeeping staff to remove it multiple times and they didn’t.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. In particular, the concierge, Daniel, was over the top helpful in numerous ways. We can't say enouig to commend his service; professional, extremely competent, efficient and effective obtaining the desired result of our needs in warp speed time.

Thought the breakfast, although many good options was a bit expenseive.

The hotel double booked me with a Booking.com screw up. I was forced to find the only room left in Lyon at $1200.00 for the night with no compensation.

Excellent location, convenient parking, excellent and numerous restaurant at walking distance. Cinema, convention and concert hall close by

Location was good because the congress was at Cite. Breakfast was good but it was expensive. It could be cheaper for your guests.

It is out of city. a few days passed until we understand how to travel to city. You can inform your guests about using bus, tickets, etx.

Shower did not have hot water regularly but other than than that, it was a nice place to stay. Good breakfast and comfortable bed

Staff are extremely kind but some of them have passive aggressive attitudes, i have been delayed check in at 3pm and was told to wait 5 minutes which was a lie it took a total of 40 minutes bear in mind not many people were at the hotel and it seems there is always a staff shortage somewhere.

Great location, large hotel close to the Tête d’or park and to the river. The staff at breakfast were great and the buffet was very good and well stocked.

There was a flood in our bathroom when we arrived but gave up trying to call reception without answer so mopped it ourselves. Very few plug sockets in the room.

Large room. Air conditioning worked well. Hotel clean and tidy. Facilities as advertised. Breakfast - pretty standard fare for business hotel

Check in process slow. Had to wait about 20 mins as only two staff available and quite a lot of people checking in. Unfortunately I got the impression a previous occupant had been smoking in the room so smelt a little stale.

Have stayed at a few Marriots now, this particular Marriot was comfortable, yet dated.

The breakfast was below expectation.The selection is limited.For the price, the breakfast was simply not worth it.

Where to start. The price was very very good, considering that for the same price I could have stayed in a bad one bedroom apartment in the same city. It was next to the Grand Park of Lyon...that made our trip amazing. It was a safe area in the business complex and easy to get there by bus from other parts of Lyon. Also very walkable from there to city centre in case you enjoy walking. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, comfortable and taken care of and if I visit Lyon again I would stay there instead of searching around. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location is not bad, but it is not close to city center. There are stairs to get to the reception level.

The hotel lacks basic maintainance... even with problems in the rooms and several complaints, nothing was done until my room was all flood with water coming from the bathroom. They changed to a worse room and did not even receive apologies for what happened. On the contrary, the receptionist was rude and laugh about it. I was over charged. They did not respect the price of Booking - be careful!

Very poor

The staff at the reception were very bad and not trained well. They calculated the rooms cost twice without any question. It took me 2 hrs to resolve such problem which demonstrate that how lousy they are!!!!
