Résidence Montempô Appart'Hôtel Lyon Part Dieu

Location

There weren’t any housekeeping during my entire stay ( 5 days )

Staff extremely helpful

First room 511 smelled terrible. Urine smell in restroom. Sewer smell throughout room.

Clean and location is good

The room not look like the pictures

The comfort of the beds were ok. The location was not more or less safe than the rest of the city, I guess just on par with the rest of the city.

The size of the room was so small than they claim. There were minimal amenities, it was not even comfortable to make anything in the kitchenette. I mean the room was just tiny and the view from the room was facing school, it was very noisy, very dirty outside and inside, too.

Convenience to the train stationBeds comfortableGood shower

Proximity to train station. And they provide luggage storage(although they answered "no" when I asked earlier)

Some coffee tea provided would be good

It was very spacious for the 4 of us. It can sleep 8 people. There was lots of space to move around.

There weren’t any dishwashing liquid, soap etc. Also there was no dryer for the clothes. The lighting in the main bedroom wasn’t working and when I asked for it to be fixed, the reception said that the technician was not around until the 26/12 but it was not fixed then. We checked out the next day.

nice hotel/apartments. reception open 24/7. great location, connected to the train station, huge mall and other important things. they keep a deposit.

Ideal location if you need to stay near railway station - easy walking distance. Breakfast was good, shower was strong and warm. Supermarket near at Part- Dieu station, open also on Sundays.

Near train station. Spacious. Kitchen ware provided were very limited.

Very basic. Okay for one night stay. Took a huge room deposit as their policy. Don’t understand why deposit is so huge.

Staff was present

The first room we entered was dirty, smelly and not clean.I requested a room change and that was done. The next room wasn't great either but at least the bed looked clean. We killed about 30 mosquitoes to say the least.Pics look good but place is well overrated.

Location

Room heating.No daily room service

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment as a washing machine is only available in this room type.

Right next to a very noisy school.

Clean, not far from the gare de Lyon part Dieu

No food available

The staff were friendly and the breakfast very good

the room was smallish but adequate for overnighting.

The location is convenient for the Part Dieu station. Check in was easy and the staff were pleasant.

The accommodation is in an old building which is need of renovation - dark, dingy and poorly decorated. The room itself was grim. There was very little furniture, just a large empty space with a battered desk unit, and a small table and two chairs in the kitchen section, which we didn’t make use of.The bathroom was tired and the shower was dirty. The bed, thank goodness, was surprisingly comfortable with good quality bedding!

Good location close to station

Self catering with v limited facilities. Utilitarian corridors and spartan room furnishings

The staff helped in transferring my booking from their other site in the city to this very efficiently when I explained that I was not aware that I was booking at the other site. My colleagues were all staying here and wanted to stay at the same location.

They could have given basic necessities like salt and pepper. The apartment did not have a washing machine which I feel is a must.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. The travel to and from Vieux Lyon was a little further than what we were expecting. The apt itself was very comfortable and convenient to the station. No complaints at all
