Beautiful hotel. Good size rooms. Excellent location a quick walk to restaurants and historical sites.

shower was very hard to get in and out of. Night auditor had difficulty printing out bill be fore payment

Booking.com charged me for 2 rooms and was by myself. Hotel couldn't reverse payment since it was through Booking.com

Location is fantastic! Every evening I walked a few steps to the river and had a spritz overlooking the Saone!

We loved the location and access to everything we wanted to do. Loved our timing with outdoor market next to the river. It was a beautiful location next the plaza of the Theatre.

Did not like the confusing breakfast arrangement of a full breakfast in dining room and a light breakfast(required to take to your room).

Facility was very nice, excellent location, 10 minute walk to hundred of restaurants and shops. TV had a few English channels and Netflicks and YouTube. Great staff, went out of their way to help.

It located at the central and quiet location with a park in front of the hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had a great time staying here with comfortable bed.

Excellent location with easy access to everything yet still very quiet, away from the crowd & safe! Very clean rooms with a super comfortable bed & helpful staff! I won’t hesitate to stay again.

Great location!! Could walk everywhere—> all sites, great restaurants.and there was a park across the street. It was quiet.

I liked everything.

Excellent location- could walk to everything. Old town is close. Liked seeing the theatre from our room. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Only problem for some might be getting in bathtub to take a shower.

The hotel was a classic hotel experience, with real keys that you drop of at the desk when you go out, took me back to my trips to France from 35 years ago. Friendly front desk staff, good sized room with a view to the theater and square. Room was clean and nicely appointed with a good sized desk. A sparkling water dispenser in the breakfast room was a nice touch. The real draw for the hotel is the location, less than a block from the river and the 5 day a week market on the quay. Vieux Lyon is a very quick walk over a pedestrian bridge. There is an incredible array of restaurants and shopping within a very short walk. The area around the hotel feels very safe. We were able to do almost everything by walking.

The shower worked well but it was hard to keep the bathroom floor from flooding. Always ended up having to mop it up with the bath mat.

The property was quiet..beautiful...great location

Breakfast was all cold. Nothing hot to eat except toast.

We enjoyed two nights here in walking distance of all the activities we wanted to do.

A bit of street noise woke us up but I wanted to keep the windows open so I guess that’s on me

Need better cleaning (dust everywhere), air conditioning not working, carpet disgusting, shower and towels in terrible condition.
