Room was very basic and dated for price.

I liked the room cleanliness and conveniency. Use of real mechanical keys.

The radiator was switched off when I arrived (in mid November).

We stayed during the Tour de France and their was a markup on the room. But, to be fair, everyone else hiked up the prices on their rooms as well and this was the cheapest deal in town. Location is a block and I mean, literally a block, from the train station. Reminded me of being in Times Square, NY. Despite this, we had no safety issues or concerns. Tons of restaurants to choose from, right outside the door. Parking offsite about a block away.

Great location near train station, clean

We reserved the superior double room which was listed at 161 sq feet. We received a room that was barely 120 sq feet and matched the size of the standard double room. This room was so small that you could barely walk around the bed. It was a very uncomfortable room for 2 adults. We asked at the front desk and were told that our room was a superior double room because we had a coffee pot. I wanted a larger room for comfort and didn’t need a coffee pot. I feel a refund is due for the price difference between the 2 rooms. They would not give us the room we orderedThis hotel is very basic, the elevators stop between floors and you have to drag your bags up a flight of stairs. Breakfast very basic, no hot choices. Really overpriced for what you get. Not worth $200 Euros.

Location great, clean and friendly staff.

Very good location, 10 minute walk from Lille Europe, and less than 5 minutes from Lille Flandres railway stations. Close to the historic area of Lille, lot of nearby restaurants and cafes. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was well equipped with plenty of towels.

Excellent location near the stations and the town centre, efficient and friendly staff, adequate breakfast, room fine for a single person.

The bathroom is tiny, though the shower is great, the walls are thin and you can hear people talking in the next room.

Across the street from Lille Flandres train station and easy walk to Old Town part of the town. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Good Continental breakfast with breads, cheese, cold cuts, cereal and juice.

Would have liked eggs and cooked meats for breakfast, having come from Amsterdam and Brussels, but that is just what I like for breakfast.

Perfect location, right in the centre of Lille, rooms are very small and compact as others have said you can hear noise from the other guests. However it was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Excellent value for money and staff were very friendly and welcoming . Highly recommended

The hotel is located close to the station and city centre. Rooms are comfortable with basic facilities. Breakfast is limited but good quality.

The upper floor of the hotel looked like a building site as refurbishment was taking place.
