Mama Shelter Lille

they had a problem with the ac.

Pet friendly Comfortable bedGood breakfast Friendly staff

Not concerned

Really great location, slightly off main road. Super friendly staff, really willing to help and they spoke English which was very nice for us and made things easier . The rooms are great and really quiet, and you get a free bottle of water in the fridge . The beds are SO comfy ! I slept like a log.

Slightly tired bathrooms in the rooms and walls could do with a repaint in some places.

Great location, nice looking restaurant

The food and coffee in the restaurant were really expensive compared to the area generally.

Great location, close to all amenities Very good bar/food area. Nice modern hotel with friendly staff.

The AC/heating was not working in our room so were very cold on the first night. We were then given a portable heater which worked for us and kept the room quite warm. The parking area access was very tight for a larger car and full when we arrived so had to go and park somewhere else.

The location, the staff, the room and the bed

The shower had a very low pressure so I couldn't wash my hair.

Here for the second time. Service was better the first time

I wrote with them about a little surprise for my boyfriend in the room. They said they would do it, but unfortunately there wasn’t anything when we arrived. Because of this mistake, they said they have a gesture for us at checkout but again, nothing was given…. No problem if they can’t make it happen, but don’t promise it then.

It’s a cool hotel, funky and artsy with a good breakfast. Especially the fresh juices, croissants and coffee! They have entertainment at night as well but on the 5th floor you don’t hear any noise.

We wanted a pre-dinner drink but the service was very slow. Rooftop is closed during winter time.

Large room

No lobby, little storage area in the room, silly push button shower taps with no control over the water stream

Very good

We had breakfast at 10 o’clock and that was cold and not fresh anymore.

Poor

Definitely not a quiet room. Was kept awake by all the people in the bar downstairs. The bathroom was disgusting. Littered with hair all over the place. It was disgusting

Ros very clean and the hotel close to Lille stetion

Not enough facilities, world have been good to have tea/coffee facilities / a kettle in room. Felt very studentish so probably better for someone in late teens or early 20s. Lacked the subtle touches. Breakfast very very average.

Good location , great friendly staff , good bed and room . Great cocktails.

Room is new and clean. Location is great. Close to the historical area and less than 10 mins to station. I will come back next time when I am in Lille.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast had quite a big selection Location was perfect, central to everything Room was nice and clean Generally a nice, quiet, modern place to stay

Some more cooked or healthy options at breakfast might have been nice - omelette, oatmeal etc Pillows were awful, way too soft for me and the window in my room was tiny which made it a bit dark

Property was clean and quite funky decor.

I thought the hotel was expensive and breakfast was not included in the expensive price.

Location to Eurostar terminal, clean, helpful staff

Noisy on lower floors due to busy bar/restaurant

Clean and nice bar, kind staffs. Easy parking

Bed was uncomfortable, uncomfortable indoor temperature, no chess pieces available unlike the promotion image

Like the fun vibe. Good size room and bathroom

Don’t like ordering from an app in garden.

Style. Location. The team are fabulous. Especially Marie.

Lack of coffee making facilities in room.
