We had a small but comfortable room at a reasonable rate in this ‘exotic-travel-themed’ hotel bang in the centre of Lille, with the cobbled streets of old Lille right nearby. The hotel accepts pets, and there is a public car park a few yards away. Breakfast is decent, with a number of home-made items (jams, yogurt…) on offer. The youthful staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful.

The shower was good but the toilet, tucked in a space by the bathroom door, was cramped.

Courteous staff and a fantastic location a short walk into the centre of Lille.

Small restaurant with a very small bar area. Took a long time to be served a drink as the focus is on those dining.

Nice and spacious rooms, very well isolated from street noise. All required facilities are there and in good working order. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tv did not work, but minor point so did not complain. Lighting in the room, room 2 poor. Room was cold, despite turning up the AC. Shower needed a good clean. Restaurant, Jane, was good.

Centrally located easily accessed from both train stations. Very friendly check-in staff. Good bath products.

Rooms are a bit sparse and somewhat dated.

Well located for access to Eurostar terminal and old town. It was comfortable and well designed internally. Staff were all pleasant and helpful

Room temperature was difficult to control

The first and foremost is staff’s attention to our requests. We came early after a long roadtrip and our rooms were ready. That has really made our day. And the staff has been very helpful with our other requests. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Location is great - just few minutes walk from the city center. Nearby parking Opera is convenient too. So i am not surprised by hotel’s great rating.

The room we got had no shower privacy (glass walls). We are a family of four.

Great location,handy for the train station. Easy to walk to 10 minutes.Just a few minutes from the old town area which is the place to go to

Bed was quite hard but that's a personal opinion. Also overhead shower was poor, fortunately there was a handheld option which saved the day. Noisey pipework when room above flushes toilet and washbasin which was not expected.

The front desk staff was very helpful and moved us to a bigger room for a little bit more

Think the bathroom and toilet in the hotel room could have been better cleaned the towels were discoloured the window ledges weren't ripped down there were little coffee sticks behind the curtains
