Nice big room bigger than expected.Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room and glasses not a paper cup.clean and fresh the bath was lovely.breakfast was nice.The reception was nice the man that checked us in was nice but the lady the next day not very friendly didnt smile once but did her job.

paper cups not glasses and a little too warm in the room but I opened the window for fresh air..Water could have been placed in the room on arrival this could be included into the price but a nice touch,

Location is good

Some staffs are nice and welcome, but some are not. bathroom is not clean

Perfect location (meters from Eurostar station) and modern clean room. Very helpful staff

The location is good, and the room is also great as per picture. Clean and nice bathtub.

The coffee machine is there, but not working. and the 2 Elevators did not work during our stay. We have to lift our stroller for 7 floors. No compensation received whatsoever.

It was clean and although in a busy corner, it was very quiet. The breakfast was ok. Topical for this class of hotels.

Generally, hotel facilities and location was good, good spread of breakfast, when requests were made staff were attentive. Easy access to town centre and train. Would recommend for others to stay. Hotel room was spacious and clean.

Air conditioning not efficient and had too open windows to cool room. Road noise affected sleep. No adjoining parking. No really decent dining options nearby

The room was very comfortable unfortunately we were caught up in the Eurostar chaos on 30th December. They had advised us to book a room but were later able to get us on a train so we didn't stay the night. The staff were extremely understanding and the room was lovely. It will be our go to for our next stay in Lille.

First room we were put in smelled heavily of smoke. We were moved to a new room which was much better, but then the entire floor flooded due to a burst pipe in the building so we had to evacuate our room. The staff were disorganized and did not communicate properly. We were up until almost 3am with our 7 year old child trying to get accommodation for a new room in a different hotel. We were only staying one night and had to leave early the next morning for a train. Staff finally arranged room at a different hotel so we could have a place to sleep for a few hours. The least the hotel could have done was refunded the payment for the room since we did not even get to stay in it more than a few hours, but after complaining they only agreed to reimburse half. In my opinion that is bad customer service for such an awful experience.

The location is great, super close from two major train station and old town part of Lillie, thus close from Christmas market. Room was very comfortable and had everything needed.

One elevator was out of order during the entire stay. 2nd one was functional but that also needed maintenance, so for sometime both of them were unavailable and we took stairs at the end of the day as our room was at 9th floor, but elevator issue was taken care of soon.

Not comfortable

Different facilities need to be improved, hygiene too. The room was very dirty. Goodwill needs to be improved.

Easy reach to station, last minute availability , lovely bathrooms, shampoo, soap etc tea and coffee making facility

No milk was available in the room in small pods for tea or coffee

The location is near to the main train station and convenient for shopping at Westfield. The city centre is just few minutes walk. The hotel maids are super friendly and polite. They are fully of the service mind. Well done!

I did check in online as the instructions given by email before arrival to save sometimes. But when I arrived there...the reception could not find my booking/my advance checked in!!! Surprised!!! Anyway, after spent some times at the front desk given my ID, the confirmation email from the hotel itself and also the proof from Booking.com app. Finally, everything was done.Another thing I found it inconvenient was the lifts, during my stayed there was the only one in service, during the peak hours such as breakfast time, check in/out time and dinner time took a bit long for waiting and my room was on the high floor

Very close to the Eurostar and Westfield, super convenient.

The lifts weren’t working and we were on the 8th floor!! Also air con in the room was far too hot despites being on minimum.

Friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere, and a fantastic location just few stairs away from Lille Europe train station.

Big rooms. Friendly staff. Right by the railway station.
