Excellent reception staff

No overall a pleasurable experience with excellent value for money

Size of the bathroom was too small. Other facilities were good value for money. A good place if you are looking for a place to sleep.

The smell, the place has a smell of cigarettes everwhere.

Absolutely nothing apart from the very friendly and helpful gentleman on reception.

It was simply awful and we just couldn't have stayed. The hotel has gone right downhill since last year, while doubling in price. It was dirty, with stained carpets throughout. Loose, visible, dangerous wires hanging from bedside lamps. Window blinds which were dirty and would not stay down so anyone could see in the room. The bed was like a campbed, so very low. Smell of smoke throughout the hotel. So, so disappointed!! We had booked because I was going into hospital the following day. We had no option but to leave and then had the inconvenience of finding another hotel close by. This was the first time I had ever walked out of a hotel. So very disappointing and a complete rip off for what we had been charged. We did get a refund, thanks to the helpful receptionist but we then had to go and find another hotel to relax in before a daunting hospital procedure the following day. Definitely the last time we will ever book this hotel.

This place is very nice and quité just for yourself family or couples. All the rest was a pleasant stay. The building self need a fresh painting

When I had a problem with my room key on the 2nd night (it wouldn't open the bedroom door), it was fixed quickly by the gentleman at reception. The room was very cheap but that was reflected in the state of it.

The room was in a bad state of repair. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and the soap dispenser was broken. A bedside light in the bedroom was broken, with a wire cut in halves and tape on the ends. TV plug socket was coming off the wall. I would only recommend staying here for a night or two if you have a car( for free parking) and on a very tight budget.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but lovely, rooms were quite run down but clean and bathrooms were tiny but shower had good power and temperature. Great for a bed for the night when we had a busy couple of days, we stayed as a family with kids aged 6-20.

There was a bit of a smoky smell in the corridors but not in our rooms. Could do with a paint to freshen it up.

The service and facilities are really poor. It is difficult to stay in a hotel, without a fridge, coffee or thee machine for 4 nights of stay, especially when you are with children ?.The rooms have never been cleaned in 4 night of stay!!!The door of one room was difficult to open, that was communicated, but none came to check and fix the issue.

Some employees were ?, but not always available .

Never again.

Moldy room, drunk people having fights outside our room at night, car got broken into. Never again.

Very cheap for 2 night stay. Room was clean, onsite parking.

The bathroom stinks there is definitely some pipe or sewer problem. Just a constant wave of an ordour coming from bathroom

Rooms were comfortable enough, nice and clean.

It took forever for someone to come to reception when we arrived. They didn't seem to even notice I was there despite me calling out I've and over again. Smells heavily of smoke.

Friendly staff

The strong smoke smell in my room. But i requested to change and the other room was better. The bed cover has lots of stains. Very small but ok for 1 person for 1 night

Price and location was acceptable.

The building required a proper review on how to keep up with maintenance, signs of poor maintenance like windows not closing properly, radiator hanging and replacing the roof corridor window but the wall was not painted still old paint and marked.Also, would be beneficial on improved room furniture.

The hotel is very basic, but it has everything you need. It is a 10 min walk from the metro, so it takes you about 30 min to get to the center of Lille.

It was a bit shabby, the bathroom was very tight. Sometimes I had problems with my key card and had to renew it at the reception.

Host were welcome. Apartment is clean, tidy and quite. A few bus stops from metro.

The bathroom was too small. Not suitable for small children and/or infants.
