Ibis Styles Lille Centre Grand Place Hotel

Central location and good value for money. Breakfast had all we needed. Really nice staff.

Very small rooms is the only downside but you are not spending too much time in the room.

location and staff are nice. Parking was very well organised. Breakfast was also good value

The room is out dated and very small. The price was still high for value.

The room was fine and the twin beds very comfortable. Decent shower. Good breakfast which was available until 11.00 - much appreciated after a late night! Staff were friendly and courteous.

No kettle in the room. Had to go down to the breakfast buffet to get a morning cuppa. The room was very cold with no way of changing the temperature (the radiator didn’t appear to work and there was a thermostat/air con which also seemed non-operational).

The location - central but not picturesque.

Insufficient information on how the breakfast ‘ordering’ worked. Offers seemed random.

The receptionist was super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was very good and very neatly prepared! We loved the atmosphere. The location is also great too!

There was hair on the bed and und something very sticky under the table…

Close to centre and amenities. Nice breakfast. Comfy bed. Nice staff too.

Location and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

All fine thank you!

Perfect location for exploring Lille. Super friendly staff. So helpful with our bikes and parking. Amazing breakfast - kids loved it!

Great value. No complaints.

Room was a good size and comfortable. Parking (at added cost) was in a secure car park just across the road, so really handy. Hotel is in a great location very close to Grand Place and main station. Breakfast was good.

Hotel has very central location. Few steps far away from all shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was enough. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Great location, good breakfast

Room very small, no where to put cases, had to opened bathroom door to get into the shower

The location of this hotel is very good, close to the main square and the old town but easily reachable from the train station. A really good, value-for-money stay in Lille. The included breakfast was nice, the staff made fresh waffles and orange juice to supplement the buffet that was already quite ample.

Mainly, I was a bit unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. There were some hairs in the bathroom that weren't cleaned and quite a few of the light switches and other appliances have seemingly not been dusted off for weeks before my stay there. It was not at a level that I thought it was gross, but it did not leave a great impression. Other than that, if you are looking for a noise proof place this is not it. Again, not super bad, but you could hear the neighbors showering and talking through the walls.

Very good location -close to the central squares & the railway station. Good breakfast. Smallish room with a comfortable bed.

The price / quality of hotel was good. AIRCO was quiet :). Distance to center is ok and nearby shops aswell.

Maybe it could have been a bit more cleaner.

Staff was really helpful, recommendation for dinner was spot on

Room was a bit tired, could do with some tlc

Nice location . Nice breakfast

The parking opposite on 5 th floor wasn’t told there was lift so my disabled husband and I struggled

Great location right in the city centre but on quiet street. Amazing breakfast with nice mix of French and continental, and super nice and helpful staff.

Room wall has some old stains so felt a bit unclean

ProsGood location Friendly staffOk breakfast

ConsParking is non existent. They only have a few spaces covering less than 10% of their capacity parking in the area is hard to get on a weekend and very expensive. You would be better off at another hotel with their own garage. The hotel itself was not up to quality of other Ibis Styles. A lot of worn and broken things in the rooms and not of the same quality as many other styles level ibis hotels
