The staff were friendly and the breakfast is sufficient

Facilities are very basic but this is reflected it the price

I won’t never come back...

I've never encountered anything so infuriating! The hotel receptionist insisted they couldn't find my name, even after I presented my booking confirmation, confirmation email, and all the documents. She kept claiming I was on some separate Booking.com list, so it was Booking's problem, not theirs , and she refused to give me a room. Her attitude was absolutely terrible. She made me wait at the counter for over an hour while he busied himself with other guests' issues, completely ignoring mine. I was here for a meeting, and because I couldn't get my room, I ended up being nearly two hours late for it. The front desk staff even told me I couldn't leave.

Lack of soft furnishings in room. Lack of light options in room. Not kettle or teabags in room.

The bath rooms were small and not provided with proper soaps for bath and shower and were of poor quality. The towels were of equally poor quality. The room lighting was inadequate. Other furnishings in the room were of poor quality or not provided for. The breakfast food was very basic and not satisfactory. The coffee maker spit out weak and poor tasting coffee. I would rate this place an F.

Location was convenient.

Good beds, pizzas served in the foyer quite late and friendly staff.

The shower tray didn't drain properly.

We were in the handicap room but none of us need that kind of room and would prefer to leave it to those in need. As a result, the bathroom was dirty (made to move in with a wheelchair so the floor was brown....).

Stranded in Lille when Eurostar went down. Staff were excellent at accommodating us and very understanding with the need for flexibility. Leo was amazingly helpful.

Night workers hang around outside and whilst outside vaping was weary of men stopping in their cars and putting hazards on waiting for an adult worker to get into the car. Not the best with children however was mostly at night so they wasn’t outside.

Great location. A desk in the room and multiple lights.

There was a bad smell in the room, coming from the drainage in the bathroom. The mattress was hard and not very comfortable. The reception staff seemed uninterested. You can hear a lot of noise coming from the street as well as the hallway.

Not just a budget feel but run down and needs renovation. Experienced other ibis budget and they are as expected basic in features and small in size but usually in better condition

Excellent location, about 20 metres from Vieux-Lille - close to restaurants, etc.Spacious room, quiet.

It was in a very good location in the city and the street was mostly quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and modern. The shower worked well and the bed very comfy. Helpful staff

There was no shower curtain and nowhere to hook up the shower to use it without holding it.

Decent room size. Good location. Clean.

The female reception has a terrible attitude and was super rude.

Fantastic location. Close to everything and the train station. Great value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Warm in room. Even with window open, it was still warm. Air Con would be nice.

Great location for the city centre. Easy to find. Secure storage for my cycle.

The toilet was quite humid and damp smelling, the bed was fine, but not incredibly comfortable

There were prostitutes drinking outside by the entrance.

It was quiet and fairly clean. 24 hour reception. Breakfast was ok for the money and available early.Morning receptionist was friendly and helpful.

A kettle in the room so that didn't have to use an expensive vending machine - the only option for getting something to drink.The receptionist when I arrived was a little dopey and not particularly helpful.

The location is perfect, 10 min walk to main train stations and the town centre. The receptionists were friendly. There is a vending machine, a coffee machine and a water fountain in the reception area which is convenient.

The room can get hot quite quickly and if you’re staying in a room facing the main road, you might not be able to use the window since it can be a bit loud. One of the plugs in the room was not working.
