Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place

Location

My husband found the bed uncomfortable.

Good central location and good offering at breakfast (mix of sweet and savoury, teas, fruit etc). Jugs for filtered water available to take up to the rooms.

Room layout strange with bathroom separate from toilet. Shame to only have single-use cups available in the room, would have preferred real ceramic mugs.

breakfast was OK

room was cold; air con noisy; very poor sound insulation

Location, good breakfast and great value for money

Tha reception staff were THE BEST I have ever encountered and I have stayed in 5 star hotels.

The hotel was beautiful. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The shower is pretty old fashioned but did the job. The vents were filthy which wasn’t a good look.

Location excellent, staff helpful and friendly.. breakfast was varied and tasty. Bar service and shoals o very good. Would recommend

The overall location is Great.

The door and the room is not sound proof. Plenty of noise from other guests and staff since we were staying at level 1 and they had a staff area there. Constant opening and closing of doors in the hallway didn’t allow for a comfortable sleep.

Excellent staff service! They were very helpful when our TV went out. They were happy to help hold baggage and get us checked in efficiently. We loved the location, and the room set-up was perfect for our girls weekend away.

The tap placement in the washroom was a strange design as it came from the side of the sink so it made access a bit difficult for my friend who had only one hand.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. There are several guests from the airlines and from the UK.

Novotel Hotel is located in a great location: close to the center, restaurants, services, but not in the midst of tourist chaos

Room was great, clean, good size, great layout. Amazing value for money. Great breakfast as well. Staff was great. Location is just amazing.

Toilet was a bit tight to get into and the toilet paper was really bad.

Location, staff, minibar daily refill

The bathtub was clogged, the flooring in the bathroom damaged

Excellent location, great size room, very clean, very helpful and friendly staff!

Beds were very comfy, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Good breakfast. Room basic but good size and all you need including a small fridge.

Nothing really

Fantastic breakfast choice, great location, nice room.

Good location. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Lobby was a bit tired.

Room lacked some comforts - it was a disabled room - big but seemed rather empty, no sofa or small table etc. It was rather bare.

Rather bare room, could have had more in there, better decor and furniture.

Good location. Rooms clean and comfortable.Friendly staff.Overall enjoyable stay.

Communication could have been better with the restaurant team and the reception team.

the staff were extremely friendly and provided clear, helpful explanations.

The apartments appeared older than depicted in the photos, and the interiors felt quite basic and inexpensive. The carpet in our room was noticeably dirty, contributing to an overall sense that the cleanliness was not up to standard. We didn’t feel comfortable staying even for an hour. The low ceiling height—seemingly under two meters—added to a somewhat claustrophobic atmosphere.
