Very Good location, less than 10m from the tram station.Wellcome drink for leclub clients.Walking distance to city center.

Room a little bit small, but I already espected for it.

I came earlier to ask to inter the room , not kind to let me in .unless I pay extra money why they say it’s not ready at the beginning! Then they told me u must pay extra money to inter. Very bad situation.

The location was close to all the locations we needed to visit in Lille.The room was very clean, easy to access, shower was good.

We could have used a hand towel. The air conditioner leaked when turned on more than 5 minutes. The bed was mostly comfortable but it kept shifting off the base.

Location. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location.

First, when we arrived, the receptionist was nowhere near friendly. Everyday when we passed the front desk and she was there, not even once she replied our bonjour or bonsoir. Second, we found that the front desk area has this unpleasant smells. Very different with the smells in other floors. Maybe opening the doors or windows might help with the smells. Third, there's only one trash bin in the room, located in the bathroom. We noticed that they cleaned our room (the towel were replaced), but they never emptied our bin during our stay.Fourth, is the hotel expect us to take the water from the sink in the bathroom? Other accor hotels have at least a dispenser at the lobby/front desk area. This hotel only provides small dispenser that maybe only can fill 2 water bottles. Maybe the hotel expect us to buy from outside? If yes, it will be our first experience after our countless stay in the accor group hotels.

The lady in reception was absolutely fantastic, so nice and friendly. It made all the difference to our trip. She even gave us free breakfast because the fire alarm had gone off.The location of the hotel was perfect, and the room was modern

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the room a little bit cramped.

Right in the middle of Lille so great vibe and amazing shops, restaurants to explore on the doorstep.Room clean and seemingly recently renovated including bathroom.Opted for breakfast included and it was surprisingly excellent for a chain hotel range and choice even take away bags to fill if in a rush. Fabulous array of loose leaf teas on offer.

Lille closes city centre to cars at the weekend so spent 1 hr driving around trying to get to the hotel! However good parking within easy (5min) walk at opera house car park.

Great location and excellent staff. Couldn’t ask for better.

A little old has been revamped

Lovely spacious room, which was very clean. Fantastic location. Very friendly staff who made our check-in experience great.

We would have loved some coffee-making facilities in the room!

Everybody from reception were nice and helpful. Its in the centre of Lille, perfect location! For this prise room was ok.

Our floor was being renovated so the corridors were like a building site and needed to step round wet plaster. The lift was not very reliable.

Right in the city center of Lille, very close to the main shopping area. The girl at the reception is an absolute angel and very forgiving. The bed was comfortable, water cooker upon request.

Well, to get there is a complete bastard, it took me 1 hour to get to the hotel as you can't reach it because of all the traffic deviations. Just impossible. The girl at the reception, she was all by herself, let the phone ring for further info how to reach the hotel. In the end I had to park in a garage where you first have to book a space (about 10 euro extra). The guard phoned the hotel for confirmation and then it took another 10 minutes by foot to the hotel itself. So lesson learned, if you want to stay here don't come by car. The bathroom is pretty small, the room was cold even with the airco on at 28°C! Old refurbished, ill isolated house, but ok. The breakfast ... complete sheit, 2 pieces of baguette and eggs to boil. There was also some plastic cheese, ham (so forget being kosher or halal) and no vegetables what so ever. Will I return? Nope, better seek elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean and public areas were clean. Despite being in the centre on a busy street, it was quiet in the room.

The room we had was on the top floor, and into the eaves of the building. Therefore the room was really cramped, it was difficult to walk around the bed and I couldn't stand up straight in quite a bit of the room. Because there was hardly any space in the room anyway, this made it feel extra cramped.

Very basic, not very clean (previous guests hairs)/marked walls, holes in curtains, poor towels and really noisy
