i like that property in the room but the mattress is not comfortable that for me

It was an excellent location by the Grande Place and very lively. The hotel had water dispensers to provide the guests with free water. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great central location for getting around and the reception team were friendly and helpful pointing out places of interest. The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfy! Really good buffet breakfast in comfortable surroundings with a good selection of food which is regularly replenished.

The breakfast was amazing.

The room was small and it was supposed to have a desk. I had to ask to have a desk brought to my room. There wasn't room, but it squeezed in. The bed hurt my back and the heating was on all the time. I had to open the window to get to a sleepable temperature. The toilet seat was falling off and plastic, very cheap.

I liked the central location.

I had booked a « superior/premier » room and was therefore surprised to find that the furniture consisted of two refrigerators. The full size one served as the TV stand.

This hotel is perfect. In the centre for all amenities but quiet on a night. The staff were so friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Room was small, but fine for a few days away with little luggage.

Excellent location close to the stations and the Grand Place . We did not have breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. The hairdryer didn't work! That was my only complaint.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Very central and everything is easily accessible. Also very quiet in the evenings, although plenty of bars and restaurants right next door. Room was fine - beds very comfortable, although pillows not great. Very clean throughout the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly - and responded very quickly to questions before we arrived. We were able to leave our luggage for 6 hours after check out. Overall the decor is a little tired and could do with updating, but I would definitely stay her again. About 10 minutes walk from Eurostar and 5 minutes from other stations.

Pillows on the beds not very comfortable. Rooms quite hot - air con could not be turned below 19 degrees which affected our sleep as it was too warm.

No private parking and the underground car parking was very tight to get in and involved driving across a cycle lane

Air con could have been better (set at 19, but felt much warmer) although, to be fair, it was peak of heatwave)

A great breakfast and friendly staff. Arrived in Lille early and they were able to get me access to my room earlier than planned which was very helpful. Brilliant location.

Felt a little tired in places, but for the price was expected.

The room didn’t had a view, not to mention ine of those balconies. All you could see from the window were some AC units, and for the same price…

Location was terrific, 5 minute walk to Grand Place. Parking was close and affordable.

Room quite small. Shower room also tiny and shower very difficult to operate. Not for long stays
