We informed the Hilton it was our 35th anniversary & received an upgrade when we arrived, we were also given a lovely plate of pastries & a card wishing us a Happy anniversary, this was so kind & thoughtful of them & very much appreciated by my husband & myself. The overall stay was excellent, the bed was very comfy & the pillows were gorgeous & soft. The room was a good size, clean & house keeping came in every day, except one day, not sure why. The location was brilliant, 5 minutes from Lille europe & about a 10 minute walk to the town centre. We would definately recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again.

Great location next to the Eurostar terminal and a short walk to the shops, restaurants and Christmas Market. Nice room, decent bar, good facilities and helpful staff etc.

Breakfast had various items missing or in short supply on the first morning, albeit it was a bit better on the second day of our stay

Staff friendly, place clean and wonderful location.

There was little peeping sound in the room - maybe from the air-condition. I was so tired that I slept through but that the little annoying sound was always present.

The hotel is modern and well located. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff wa friendly and very nice when we presented a problem to them. They immediately compensated that with free breakfast for the 2 days.

Unfortunately the room we were given was not properly cleaned, there were signs of dirty shoes at the entrance and one of the beds had hair and dirt inside, the sheets were not clean. Unfortunately the only parking close to it is the station one that is very expensive, but they suggested another another one 10 minutes away that was half price (15 € vs 30 € per night)

HAD MORE EXPECTATIONS FROM A...

Staff in the breakfast restaurant feel boring when they work. The ground floor area was very cold and we asked for a warmer corner. We sat upstairs but none came to clean, set up the table etc. Both 2 days we took alone knives forks napkins from the other tables around us. Breakfast was average.

Overall, the stay was not bad. However, as Hilton already has a strong brand name, our expectations were higher.Water, tea, a hairdryer, and a clothes steamer were available in the room. The beds were very comfortable.The hotel is quite close to the city center and shopping center.

The rooms were clean, although we stayed for two nights and were informed that the rooms would not be cleaned during our stay. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. The room temperature was set at +20°C while it was 0°C outside, so it felt a bit cold in the evening. We tried increasing the heating to 23°C, but it still showed +20°C, so we are not sure why the heating did not work properly.Downstairs at the bar, coffee (Nespresso capsules) costs €5, and sparkling water also costs €5.The breakfast was the same every day: scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, oats, yogurt, and pastries. There was nothing French—no crêpes or waffles, no fresh vegetables, and no granola. The coffee machine used powdered milk instead of fresh milk, which was very surprising for a hotel of this level and quite unhealthy. The restaurant was also very cold; you could even tell from the waitstaff, who were working but still looked cold.One more important thing: the hotel has no parking. The nearest parking is by the station and costs around €30 for 24 hours

It was close to the station and shopping centre. It’s also wheelchair friendly

The accessibility rooms are great. Could have done a little better with the design.

No main light in bedroom. Could not sit at the table to do make up as lighting was poor. Small side lights next to beds did not work

Location was excellent, straight off the eurostar into the hotel and only a 15 minute walk to the old Lille city. Hotel room was clean, extremely comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Choices for breakfast were very good. A great place to stay.Staff were superb, friendly and helpful.

I had the worst ever experience on 29/11. Abdel- the receptionist- was thee most appalling human experience I ever had! He offered no workaround when he insisted I pay for incidentals with a physical card and refused to give me the room key (though fully paid for) all this while with my twin days for what should’ve been a love weekend away. He slammed the keys on the desk after my daughters realised they have their physical cards. He movked and insulted me at reception- in the presence of my children. Abdel and his colleague Chloe was horrible in every conceivable way! I will NEVER frequent that hotel ever again! Never!

Excellent location, right next to Eurostar and short walk to old town.
