Boa Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Spacious bathroom

There is no AC. They advertise that they have AC but entering the room, they gave us fans because it was 30+C outside. We went to reception and asked for the AC to be turned on but they said it was broken. Looking at reviews it was broken for a months

The amenities offered in the room, the shower and location.

This hotel is very well located close to the train station, squares, museum, and restaurants, so we had no need for transport within Lille and could walk everywhere we wanted to go; my family really enjoyed this hotel, they gave us 4 drink tokens (one for each adult AND child, good for beer, wine, or soft drinks) every day we decided we didn't need full housekeeping and that was a nice bonus; late at night, they also let us get takeout from nearby and bring back to the hotel bar to enjoy (along with our token-paid drinks) room was clean w two queen beds which worked perfectly for us; large bathroom with a nice shower; very friendly staff all of which spoke English well enough for us to communicate easily. Lille is really nice, beautifully lit in the evenings, and we also managed to do day trips by train to both Ghent and Bruges in Belgium during our stay there which we all enjoyed.

Boa Hotel is in a great location located close to the Eurostar and Lille old town. The hotel is clean and simple, a nice hotel for a short stay.

Very well locatedFriendly StaffGood Relationship Price x BenefitBed are very comfortableCleanVery nice initiative where you can skip one day housekeeping per a drink

Great location, near the train station.

Doors closed badly. Slow elevator. Breakfast was not great.

excellent location just a few minutes walk from the train stationwelcoming front desk staff, very friendly and helpfuldelicious breakfast with many homemade items offered. Very good coffee latte good size room with a comfortable large bed

Free mini barBreakfast buffet with many homemade delightsLocation was super- near Opera and main Square and rail station.Staff were very welcoming Room was large, nicely appointed with luxe toiletries.

We ticked parking in the filters on booking.com, but there is no onsite parking. It's available through the hotel for €19, but although we emailed, we didn't get the details in time. That said, plenty of parking nearby and we parked for 24hr in the nearby shopping centre for c. €30.A minor inconvenience in an otherwise exceptio al stay. Great little hotel. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely decor, great location and very friendly and easy check in.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly, beer tokens for going green and not getting your bedding changed.

We had booked under the understanding that there would be parking onsite but when we arrived we were told that all parking spaces were full and that we needed to use public costing us an additional 40 euros.

Very good stop-over on our train jounrney from Italy to England. A bit of a walk from Lille Europe station but manageable and very close to the regional station. Did not have a breakfast - expensive at 18 euros a head - but otherwise very reasonable.

The room was well designed for two adults and a child. We particularly liked the green room scheme as we are happy to minimise changes to sheets/towels etc and it was nice to receive a free drink as a thank you.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in perfect location. Very near the station but car parking is only at public car parks requiring unloading in street and then driving to find a space. Nearest was 8 minutes walk away. at 15 euros for 24 hrs.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

TV volume set so low that we couldn’t watch it. Staff unable to help us

Location, breakfast, cosmetics in the room

Expensive parking

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy bed.

Location

Staff behaviour, ambience, approach to room etc. Although hotel collected full money from my account 5 days in advance and after showing the proof, front office staff insisted for equal amount advance again. I don't know for what reason. Not at all a customer friendly hotel.

We were able to easily move around the room, it had everything we wanted, the shower was particularly good and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast had a really good selection of both cooked and continental, there was something for everyone. The hotel is located in the centre of Lille and is within walking distance of all the local attractions. The 2 mainline railways and the Metro are also within walking distance.

The room was a little too warm for us, the thermostat could only be lowered to 17 degrees which was too hot for us at night. We had to resort to opening the window.

Really great hotel. Nice vibe and very helpful/friendly staff.Room was spotless and all facilities you would expect.Green bonus of free drink if you didn’t have room fully serviced was a nice option

Fabulous location, great room, immaculate, and great staff.
