Great location! Room was comfortable and clean

We had another couple come into our room in the evening, as the girl who had checked us in had put us in the wrong room, so that wasn’t very good.

Location is perfect for my purpose but it is in a very nice area for shopping and cultural activities as well as cafés and restaurants. Breakfast was really reasonable, with the usuals, but quality of the food was good. Staff was all wonderful too!

I do not have any bad words about this hotel at all.

The Hotel was perfect for our needs. The management team were extremely helpful and kindly put the two rooms close by on the 5th floor. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. One room faced out on to the road and was bright and airy, the second room looked out on to a very small forecourt and unfortunately was quite dark. A welcome note and caneles (small Bordeaux custard cakes) were left in each room which was a very nice touch. Fabulous value for money. Thank you Hotel Konti.

Great location! Rooms a little small but just like Paris. Hard to beat for a long weekend in Bordeaux.

The room was nice, and overall I really liked it. I especially enjoyed the reception area and the lobby lounge — a cozy, stylish space where it’s pleasant to spend time. A definite plus is the 24/7 access to a bean-to-cup coffee machine, which was truly convenient and enjoyable.

The only, but significant, downside was the very small size of the room. It was genuinely tiny — even for one person, the space felt too cramped and uncomfortable.Apart from that, the hotel left a very positive impression.

Staff, location and room decor

It wasn't made apparent on the booking.com listing in the parking information section that the parking needed to be reserved prior to arrival, that would have been helpful as no one ever really reads the emails that come after booking.

the only negative is in my room anyway - was strangely the toilet was very high up! I am a tall person with long legs and I still could Not touch the floor when sitting! ? so that was very uncomfortable !

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the main Christmas market and the old town.Had a supermarket one block away. Hotel staff were very gentle

The room was extremely small, but lets say like many in france so i didn’t care that much.The room was extremely cold and i had to sleep with my winter jacket on top. Wouldn’t be back for this reason.Outdated mattress.

The hotel is very central surronded by lots of shops and restaurants and easy to get to main tourist spots. It provided free water and coffee which was very nice. It has a huge supermarket near by which was amazing.They have lovely staff who were very helpful to me and my mum, including Sabrine who was super lovely!

There was next to no light in the room and made it very hard to get ready and spend time in the room, only a few lamps. The shower was too small and the floor got soaked every time we used it. Towels were very small. The woman checking us in at breakfast wax extremely rude and wouldn’t let us sit at a table we wanted to even though it was empty. She made us feel very unwelcome a d uncomfortable.

Very smart, clean, tidy and the breakfast was lovely. Complimentary coffee, tea and ' cannelles in room was a nice touch

I arrived early morning due to my flight schedule. I could of course not yet check into the room, but was offered a free breakfast. This was symptomatic for this very friendly Hotel, in excellent location in the center of Bordeaux.

Ethos of environmental care. Bed very comfortable and excellent breakfast. Excellent staff.

Superb location, charming friendly and helpful staff, free coffee & water at reception, green credentials, nice breakfast set up

Breakfast was served until 9.30 so everyone came down at 9.20 - which was a bun fight for tables, coffee machine and croissants - staff struggled to keep on top of everything
