Radisson Blu Hotel Bordeaux

The hotel is new and clean

My stay did not include breakfast although it was listed on your website before I booked

The room was excellent, but the power to the nescafe flipped a switch which was taken care of by the staff very quickly. The breakfast was one of the best we have seen at a hotel. The selection was fantastic.

Breakfast was varied and ample Hotel was modern clean and staff was knowledgeable and friendly ???

Eggs, bacon, sausages , and potatoes were delicious But could have been hotter . The heater was not sufficient to keep food warm.

location was on the river where there were lots of restaurents etc staff so nice a fantastic train service after 10 mins walk

Very loud room based on next door bar. Hotel did not care based on room. Beware.

Restaurant is extremely poor. We stayed here because we have used the brand in France before in Rouen.Their restaurants outstanding this is poor with limited choice and no vegetarian option.My burger was poor with cold undercooked fries. My wife ended up having to order fish which was tasteless and also like warm.Woken at 4 am by noisy music from bars and drunken people outside. Ended up getting up and setting off as could not get back to sleep.

The bed was comfortable

the room’s view was not what I anticipated. I was not advised that I’d be overlooking industrial complexes. The wine selection was poor in the bar and the music very loud which took only the wait staffs taste considered. The furniture felt like a cheep hotel or cafeteria.

The The service wasn’t up to the standards, . It was understaffed, and employees were often unavailable—from reception to the bar. They were too slow to answer even simple questions, when they answered at all. the facilities are great, but staff need more training

This was a pretty standard Radisson Blu experience, smooth check-in and a well-appointed room. We stayed for four nights and had everything we needed. Nice gym, parking is 20ish euros per night. The location is right near the wine museum (Cité du Vin) and it's 20min to the city centre by tram (half of which is walking since the closest tram stop is a 10min walk from the hotel).

Only downside is it's in a bit of a dead zone for foot traffic and cafes/restaurants, we had to venture quite far just to find a coffee each morning.

Quite a good hotel with easy access to the tram which gets you in to downtown in 15 mins. Clean and neat and tidy

Air condition is controlled by reception not from within the room, it was never made cold enough for my requirement

The maids weren’t cleaning properly mostly doing the bed and changing towels that’s it ? which is not sufficient when you stay 5 days

Very comfortable beds. Appreciate amenities provided like robe and slippers. Great location and parking convenient. Breakfast on top floor was nice.

Breakfast was good but was not replenished as needed so missed croissant, hardly any eggs left… settled for scraps left. They wouldn’t guarantee parking, even offered to pre-pay so bit stressed getting there early to ensure we had parking.

The staff was great. The location is in a really cool area with lots of restaurants, clubs, and bars.

The lobby staff are very friendly and really helpful. The waiters and servers on the rooftop as well. The spa experts were very kind and knowledgeable.

I thought there was a lack of air conditioning around and the keys-cards to unlock the rooms were not very convenient as they would deactivate automatically if one were to duplicates their original keys.

Staff was good.

Shower was bad. Location was too far from the center.

Its a nice new clean hotel in a modern hipster area

Fantastic hotel. Reception staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Our room was just perfect. Probably the best we have had in France. We travel regularly through France to the south of Spain with our dog and often feel we are given a room that is substandard because of the dog. Not this time. THANK YOU!

Nothing to dislike. Everything was just perfect.
