The breakfast was simple but quite good

As expected for Ibis, Decent size room. Quiet. Clean room and bedding. Plenty of parking available. Would recommend for an overnight stop off. very close to the tram into Bordeaux

Pillows were too soft and lumpy for our liking

The optional breakfast was more than adequate. The bed in our room was very comfortable and we heard no noise from the corridor or other bedrooms.

The bath towels were too thin.

Location , car park , clean & tidy

Mattress not the best

The hotel is located in a hotel area of the city. The property was clean. Has a large, secure car park with disabled parking spaces available. Check in was so easy and so was check out. Dogs are welcome to stay at the property at an extra charge. There is a small lift available to use. You have to be close friends to use it lol. There isn’t a key to the room, but a 6 digit code. There’s also a security code for the main gate and the car park gate. The room was clean and warm. We had to turn the heating down. The bed was ok. I slept ok. Beware. I hit my head on the top bunk as I forgot it was there. The bathroom was very clean. Enough towels were supplied. The shower was all right. It did the job. Breakfast was standard fare for a European hotel. The coffee machine was well used…There were a couple of restaurants across the road with 1 being dog friendly. This was attached to the other Ibis hotel.

Very basic facities and decore drab

We booked this hotel about 2 hours before we got here as wasn't sure of our travel arrangements beforehand. Cheap hotel getting exactly what you pay for. Small room but plenty big enough for one night. Nice clean bathroom with a nice shower. Plenty of hot water. We paid for breakfast and I am glad we did. Continental style with lovely breads hams and cheeses. Coffee machine that produced excellent coffee. Plenty of free parking in the secure car park, gate is closed at night giving piece of mine. All in all very happy with our stay.

Looked bigger room on advertisement but quite small really for 2 people. Ok for one night but had to make bunk bed.

We are too old for climbing into a bunk

Lovely place, good car park, friendly staff, great breakfast, amazing location, clean and comfortable. It has a nice hostel vibe about it. The morning receptionist was lovely! There was no check-out service. After breakfast, we could just leave. They satisfied my special request for a crib and the room had a few lighting options that helped through the night with our babies needs. The room was very quiet, we couldn't hear anyone or anything during our stay.

Since we were travelling on a tight schedule, driving all day to get there, we got a bit anxious with the delayed response or lack of confirmation by the hotel to our requests (for a crib, for example). The night receptionist wasn't unfriendly, but didn't speak English. She could understand us perfectly well, but instead of replying in English, she would do it in French and even tried some Spanish (we're Brazilian and don't speak Spanish), so our communication was jeopardized, and we didn't feel welcome. Being this a hospitality business, the staff should be prepared to put aside their personal prejudices.

The location was great, very close to the tram and local restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

It was very basic. No amenities in the room (no kettle, iron etc) although you could hire an iron or hairdryer if needed. It was also very noisy, lots of noise from inside the hotel from other guests and outside. There seems to be a local drag racing, doughnut pulling track in one of the nearby carparks for the local boy racers.
